甘鯛のムース仕立てクリームソースがけ。こっくりしたソースとすり身の甘鯛が贅沢な味わいでした。
画像はありませんが前菜は新たまねぎのビシュソワーズ風冷製スープとサラダ、デザートはイチゴのチーズケーキとソルベ（りんごだったかな？）
I had a daily lunch.
Sweet potato mousse tailored cream sauce. The sauce and surimi sweet potato tasted luxurious.
There is no image, but the appetizer is a fresh onion Bischsoise cold soup and salad, and the dessert is a strawberry cheesecake and sorbet (is it an apple?)

駐車場はお店の前と 他にもあるようですので、お店の方に聞いてみてください。
It is a beautiful shop in a residential area in Sakata city. I found it on the net and asked. It's very popular, so I think it's a good idea to make a reservation.

一流の料理人が作ると こうなるんだと実感します キャベツの火加減、パスタの塩加減、オイルと出汁の美味さ
全てにおいて大満足です これからは 日替わりメニューではなく パスタランチになりそうです
The pasta I ate before was delicious, so I asked for cabbage, bacon and mushroom pasta today as well.
I realize that this is what happens when a first-class chef makes it. The heat of cabbage, the saltiness of pasta, and the deliciousness of oil and soup stock.
I am very satisfied with everything. From now on, it seems that it will be a pasta lunch instead of a daily menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味はまあ値段なりといった所です。酒田市内には他にも酒田フレンチとして有名で美味しい店はありますので、私はあまり使うことはないですね
本来なら⭐︎三つ相当なのでしょうが、以前利用時、一部スタッフの不真面目な接客態度にちょっと疑問を感じたため、⭐︎一つ減らしました。分かってなさそうだったけど、お店がカジュアルな雰囲気なのと接客が不真面目でも良いのって本質的に違いますよ。気難しいお客様だったらもう二度と足を運ばないかもしれませんけど…社員教育にももっとしっかりと取り組みましょうね
今後に期待
The taste is pretty good. There are other delicious restaurants in Sakata City that are famous as Sakata French, so I don't use them much.
Originally it would be equivalent to three ⭐︎, but when I used it before, I was a little skeptical about the unscrupulous customer service attitude of some staff, so I reduced it by one. It didn't seem like you knew it, but it's essentially different from the casual atmosphere of the store and the fact that the customer service can be unscrupulous. If you are a difficult customer, you may never visit again ... Let's work harder on employee education.

2022年正月に久々の訪問、予約必須の人気店で来店客は常に入れ替わり立ち替わり、決して広くはない駐車場も常にほぼ満車のランチタイムであった。
