★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三川町 のビストロ・デ・ポン で猟師の友人たちと先日ディナーに行ってきました。
ジビエ が豊富で、この日は、覚えている限りで
クマ 、うさぎ 、鹿 、ウシガエル などなど、普段はあまり口にすることができない料理を頂きました。
この写真は、クマさんです。
どれも、本当に美味しくて、自然と動物たちに感謝の念が湧いてきました。
また、それを最高の料理に仕上げてくれたシェフに感謝です。
三川町にあるので、ワイン飲んで帰ると代行代も結構な金額になりますが、それでも、行って悔いなし。
プチディナーは、2500円〜です。
 I went to a hunter's friend for dinner the other day at Bistro de Pont in Mikawa Town.

We had foods such as bears, rabbits, deer, bullfrogs, etc. that we can't usually eat.

All of them were really delicious and I was naturally grateful to the animals.
We also thank the chef for making it the best dish.
Since it is located in Mikawa Town, if you drink wine and go home, the agency fee will be quite high, but even so, I have no regrets.
Petit dinner starts from 2500 yen.

子連れでも入り易いアットホームな雰囲気でした。
料理は美味しく値段もリーズナブルでまた機会があれば利用させて頂きたいです。
子供は魚料理がおいしかったと何度も言ってました。
I used it for dinner on the Shonai trip.
It was a cozy atmosphere that was easy to enter even with children.
The food is delicious and the price is reasonable, and I would like to use it if I have the opportunity.

カエル食べた！旨い！
外来種駆除でのウシガエルが提供されるようです。つまりジビエ。
ラムサール条約湿地での採集なので、安全性に問題なし。
すごいリーズナブルなので、是非！
最初は、「あれ？もしかして、値段の割に量が少ない、、、」と思ったのですが、メインは大盛りでした。むしろ、こんなサイズの牛肉出したら、もうけがないんじゃない？？ぐらいのボリュームでした。
次回はカエルにチャレンジしたいと思います。

は１０台位でしょうか。ディナーのコースで利用。最初から最後まで美味しい料理に舌鼓。しかも値段もリーズナブルで、店の雰囲気もアットホーム。お勧めできます。
