m	manabu yoshimura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張の折、列車の待ち時間を利用して訪問。駅近で深夜0時までの通し営業とのこと。ランチはデフォのラーメンが400円とか半チャンセットで500円台とか非常にリーズナブルなお店のよう。お昼時はさぞや混雑してるんだろうな～。訪れた時間が17時半だったので前も後も客なしで訪問者は自分以外にはクロネコ一匹！？この日はチャーシューメンを食べたがこれがナカナカ侮りがたし！煮干し系魚介風味香るアッサリしつつも醤油感もビシッと聞いたしっかり味のスープ！これに和せる麺は中太平打ちの縮れ麺で、雰囲気としては喜多方風と言うのかモチッと食感でスープ持ち上げもよい。具材は、メンマ5～6本に刻みネギ少々に海苔は小さいのが一枚。それにチャーシュー。チャーシューは大きめのバラが5枚で、炙ってあるがバーナーとかじゃなくてフライパンで炙ってた。味付けはかなりしっかり濃い味。厚みもあり食べ応え十分。外観や内観からは想像しえない結構美味しい、しかも安い！通しで深夜までやっててかなり使い勝手のいい、良いお店でした。 When I'm on a business trip, I use the waiting time of the train to visit.
