原	原田彰 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おしゃれで良い店だと思います男性には量が物足りないです落ち着いて食べられない雰囲気の様な気がします何故か分らないですが　店内のレイアウトのせいかも I think it's a fashionable and good store The amount is not enough for men I feel like I can't eat calmly. I don't know why, but it may be because of the layout inside the store.

There is no alcohol, but there is a menu with a drink bar. As the name suggests, only pasta & doria, but you can order SOUP and salad daily menu.

T	Toshi Ghani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local Pasta and doria restaurant with a Casual family style dining vibe but has a cafeteria style lighting and decor. The menu is very limited to 5-6 options each in doria and pasta. The pasta tasted like fresh pasta(nama pasta). It would be ideal if they offer Atleast 2 option for pasta texture as some like their pasta softer, while I prefer pasta to be more firm in the center / el dente . Overall the pasta was tasty, but doria was not that impressive. Price vs value Cospa I think needs to be reevaluated a bit more, their brand and products offering as they have to compete with other pasta restaurants in Tsuruoka. Their brand position is good inbetween cheap chains like cafe gusto and saizeria and more higher priced options like al checciano. The limitation for customer might be when family go out to eat and not everyone in the family member want to order pasta or doria, so maybe some additions of other side dishes could help bring more customers. But if you love pasta then it’s worth to try it out. Also one recommendation would be to offer some variety in the base pasta and maybe have options for toppings just to give more variety to customers. The current base nama pasta is good so you can build more variety around it. I’m sure customers want to support local brands as much as possible and I can understand it’s very difficult to compete with cheap price chains lines saizeria,cafe gasto in the Italian fast food sector.
