n	nobi kamiya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道372号(デカンショ街道)沿いに建つ古民家に手を加えた蕎麦店。これまでは時間帯が合わずに入り口の看板を横目で見つつ通過していたが、たまたま営業時間内に通りかかったので入店。メニューはお蕎麦に好みでとろろか天ぷらがつく物を選択、至ってシンプル。スタッフのご婦人に案内されて蕎麦茶と揚げた蕎麦が出された、蕎麦にありつけるまで時間が掛かる事を予想。ともかく自然薯が付いてくると思い、とろろ蕎麦大盛りをオーダー、かなり待たされて出てきた蕎麦は色の濃い田舎蕎麦、少し辛めの蕎麦つゆを付けて頂く、うんまあ美味しい。一緒に付いてきたとろろはかなり粘りの強い代物だった、これが自然薯かどうか不明だが、箸で少し切り取って蕎麦猪口の中に浮かべて頂く、まあこんなものか。蕎麦湯を含め全て頂いて、お腹がくちくなった満足感と共にお店を後にした。 A buckwheat noodle shop with an old traditional house built along National Route 372 (Dekansho Highway).
