★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビで紹介されたので予約して行く方か絶対いい。予約無しだと12時で15時案内みたいだった。
山芋の粘りが凄く蕎麦と一緒に食べれて旨い。エビの天ぷらと鯖寿司もオススメ。
最後の蕎麦湯が山椒と抜群に合う!

The stickiness of yam is very delicious to eat with soba. Shrimp tempura and mackerel sushi are also recommended.

お蕎麦の種類も多く、季節や、おすすめのお蕎麦、食べ方なども店員の方が丁寧に説明して下さるので、迷った時は、聞いてみるのがオススメです。
提供されるまで、少し時間は掛かりますが食べる価値は、有ると思います。

個人的に蕎麦湯が好きでした。
次は天ぷらにも挑戦してみようかしら。
情報には載ってませんでしたが、コロナ対策のため基本的に予約営業とのこと。
行かれる場合は予め電話されることをおすすめします。

すだち蕎麦喉越しよくて、美味しかったのです蒸し鶏のほうは
お蕎麦にごまつゆが、ぶっかけられていたのが、残念でした、蕎麦の味が全くわからなかった、。好みで、ごまつゆを つけて食べれたら 最高かな。サバ寿司は、肉厚あって 美味しいのですが、少しサバが 生生していて(・_・;)う~~~私が苦手だっただけかな?すみません。
鱧の天ぷらと、ローストビーフは 最高?蕎麦湯は、
山椒と 七味の トッピング用意あり私は、山椒大好きなので、蕎麦湯制覇してしまいました。お店の方は本当に丁寧で、
気持ちよくいただけました。看板娘のカエル?かわいい?です。

コロナまん延防止で営業時間は11:30から。基本的に予約営業と貼紙がありましたが、予約無しでもちゃんと対応して下さいました。
駐車場はお店の3軒隣の空き地が専用駐車場で、奥行きも広くかなりの台数が駐車できます。
帰る時点で駐車は5台で半分以上空いていました。
店内は座敷が2箇所とテーブル席が3箇所で営業。メニューもその日のおすすめメニューが有り、注目時に丁寧に説明して下さいました。
厨房が狭いのか、天ぷらと焼き・炙り物は同時には出来ないらしく、提供に時間がかかることもちゃんと説明して対応して下さいました。
個人的に蕎麦も美味しかったですが、ご飯物の鯖寿司がとても美味しく気に入りました。焼鯖では無く〆鯖なんですが、酢の加減が最高!お土産に持って帰りたかったのですが、事前予約とメニューに書いてあったので諦めました。
牡蠣の天ぷら、ふきのとうの天ぷらもとても美味しく頂きました。

The parking lot is a private parking lot next to the three shops, and the depth is wide and a considerable number of cars can be parked.
By the time I got home, there were 5 cars and more than half of them were vacant.
The store is open with 2 tatami mats and 3 table seats. There is also a recommended menu for the day, and he explained it carefully when he paid attention.
Perhaps the kitchen is small, it seems that tempura and grilled / roasted food cannot be served at the same time, so he explained that it would take time to serve.
Personally, the soba was delicious, but I really liked the rice saba sushi. It's not grilled mackerel, but mackerel, but the amount of vinegar is the best! I wanted to bring it home as a souvenir, but I gave up because it was written in advance and on the menu.
The oyster tempura and butterbur sprout tempura were also very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cozy restaurant located in a smaller version of Kyoto with rich history and culture. Amazing experience. Just walking through the narrow streets that had hundreds of old and charming houses and shops made me feel like I had traveled back in time. At the same time, it was sad to see that because of the coronavirus situation, the town isn't getting any visitors at all so almost all local shops are suffering and are in desperate need of help.
We ordered the Soba set alongside deep-fried oyster (牡蠣 天ぷら) and sushi. Everything was delicious and fresh, even though I don't like fish broth with Soba, this one was light and tasty and the fishy taste had a small presence. After the meal we got served そば湯 (Soba-yu) which is the water that Soba noodles were boiled in. We added Dashi to Soba-yu alongside some spices and drank it. It was a thick and tasty combination not unlike soup.
All and all a pleasant experience I recommend to anyone interested in exploring Hyogo prefecture.
