t	tad miya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ぷらは、薄衣のサクッとした食感蕎麦は、十割とは思えないほどの滑らかで弾力ある歯応え九州地方の十割そばは、どちらかというとボソボソした食感とともに、すぐにちぎれて滑らかとは言い難い喉越しだが、この店の蕎麦は、小麦のつなぎ無しにここまで滑らかに仕上げている事に感心しました。また、お店のスタッフの対応も良く店内はコロナ対策として、換気と仕切りの処置がされていました。個人的な意見として蕎麦湯を出して貰えれば、もっと満足感があると感じますが、人気店が故、お客様を待たせない為に敢えて出してないのかなと、、とりあえず、美味しかったので、また行きます！ Tempura has a crispy texture in thin clothes Soba is so smooth and elastic that you can't think it's 100%. 恭	恭 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論から。ここはかなり美味いです！今まで食べた店の上位に私的にランキングしました（笑）しかも、初のお店＆温蕎麦で。 2021年12月頃、土曜日に行きました。事前情報で人気がある為、混雑を予想して開店30分前頃に到着。駐車場は10台駐められる程のスペースで既に5台ほど先客が。私達の後にも車で来られる方々もいました。店の前には、記帳用紙があり、名前と人数(妻と私)を記入。きっちり時間通りに開店し、店のオーナらしき方が記帳欄の順にご案内。なんとか店にすぐ入れまして、温蕎麦のかき揚げ定食を注文。寒かったので、妻も同じにしたのですが。。。見渡すと周りの皆さんはせいろの定食一択で。皆さんナイスミドル（笑）の年齢層で、人生で上手いものを召し上がって来られたツワモノ揃いかと（笑）私達だけ温蕎麦食べました。で、冒頭の通り、温蕎麦「で」美味い！熱いのにコシがあり出汁も効いてうまいなあ〜と。味の説明が稚拙で申し訳ないですが、もう一度行ってみたい、次はせいろで挑戦ですね！値段は、まあまあお高め（笑） From the conclusion.
