天ぷらは、薄衣のサクッとした食感 蕎麦は、十割とは思えないほどの滑らかで弾力ある歯応え 九州地方の十割そばは、どちらかというとボソボソした食感とともに、すぐにちぎれて滑らかとは言い難い喉越しだが、この店の蕎麦は、小麦のつなぎ無しにここまで滑らかに仕上げている事に感心しました。 また、お店のスタッフの対応も良く店内はコロナ対策として、換気と仕切りの処置がされていました。 個人的な意見として蕎麦湯を出して貰えれば、もっと満足感があると感じますが、人気店が故、お客様を待たせない為に敢えて出してないのかなと、、 とりあえず、美味しかったので、また行きます!

お昼12時前に行きましたらすぐに入店できました。そのあとはたくさんのお客さんが来られていました。 ふっくらとやさしいお味で、とても美味しかったです。

結論から。ここはかなり美味いです!今まで食べた店の上位に私的にランキングしました(笑)しかも、初のお店&温蕎麦で。 2021年12月頃、土曜日に行きました。事前情報で人気がある為、混雑を予想して開店30分前頃に到着。駐車場は10台駐められる程のスペースで既に5台ほど先客が。私達の後にも車で来られる方々もいました。店の前には、記帳用紙があり、名前と人数(妻と私)を記入。きっちり時間通りに開店し、店のオーナらしき方が記帳欄の順にご案内。なんとか店にすぐ入れまして、温蕎麦のかき揚げ定食を注文。寒かったので、妻も同じにしたのですが。。。見渡すと周りの皆さんはせいろの定食一択で。皆さんナイスミドル(笑)の年齢層で、人生で上手いものを召し上がって来られたツワモノ揃いかと(笑)私達だけ温蕎麦食べました。で、冒頭の通り、温蕎麦「で」美味い!熱いのにコシがあり出汁も効いてうまいなあ〜と。味の説明が稚拙で申し訳ないですが、もう一度行ってみたい、次はせいろで挑戦ですね!値段は、まあまあお高め(笑)

12時過ぎに到着。既に満席で、外の予約表に名前を記載、5番目。30分程度で店員さんが呼んでくれます。 セイロ定食をオーダー。 冷たい蕎麦と出汁(新鮮な小口切りネギとワサビ)、山菜ごはんと漬物、お味噌汁、あと小鉢が2つ。 好みの細切りソバで、とても冷たくしめてあります。夏にはとても良いと思います。 香りはあまり無いのでソバ湯は頼みませんでした。蕎麦好きの方には物足りないかもしれません。

平日の12時過ぎに訪れました。 既に‘定食’は完売、満席でした。駐車場も10台程が止められるほど。 数分後に車内で待っていると名前を呼びに来てくれて入店。 天ざる蕎麦を注文しました。 蕎麦は好きな細さ、喉ごしの良さで美味しかったです。天ぷらもサクサクで抹茶塩で食べるスタイル。特に海老が美味しかったので、尻尾まで食べました。

2021.11.21 12:15着。駐車場は満車で道路に4台待ってました。駐車場に止めるまで45分待ちくらい待ちました。入店には順番待ち表に名前を書いて待ちます。寒さのせいか皆さん車の中で待ってました。順番が来たらお店の方が入口外で呼んでくれます。 13:10頃、本日分売り切れで看板を出していました。たぶん今日は100食くらいで売り切れだったみたいです。 駐車場は建物の表に9台、裏に7台、バイクが別で2〜3台止めることができます。 15組待ちで入店できたのは13:30頃でした。 鴨セイロは冷たい蕎麦に温かいつけ出汁。柚子入りで香り良く美味しく頂きました。 天ぷら、かき揚げもサクサク。エビ天も太く食べ応えあり、定食の山菜ごはんもあっさりで温かい蕎麦に良く合います。

大変評判の良いお蕎麦屋さんを目指して丹波路ドライブ。日曜日の12時少し前に到着、運良く駐車場にスペースがあった。ボードに名前を書き込む。11組待ち。50分程で入店。天せいろ定食と普通のせいろをオーダー。 麺はよく冷えていて歯応えがある感じで美味しかった。つゆは鰹でしょうか魚介系のダシがキリリと締まった感じ。 蕎麦湯はトロトロ感抜群という感じでした。 店内のしつらえや雰囲気はよく、心地良いお昼をいただきました。
