喉越しが良いのに、しっかりとした歯ごたえ、玉ねぎの天ぷらも箸休めに最高です
ワラビ畑を持たれているので、この時期素晴らしいワラビが安価で販売されています
生の木耳もタイミングが良ければ買うことが出来ます

13時過ぎ訪問。満席で待ちは3組ほど。
私達の分で蕎麦が終わるという話のところ、その後2〜3組来たため、この日は特別にお父さんが追加で蕎麦を打ってくれるとのこと。
やはり、蕎麦は限定数。早めの訪問か電話で問い合わせがベター。
蕎麦はニ八で食べやすい。
立派なキクラゲを辛子醤油で。歯応え抜群でした。かき揚げと漬物付きで750円。

Soba is easy to eat with Nihachi.
A splendid wood ear mushroom with mustard soy sauce. It was very crunchy. 750 yen with kakiage and pickles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そば膳1200円をお願いしました。メニューの写真では全部並んだ御膳ですが。一品一品出て来ました。キクラゲ、わらび一本漬け、玉ねぎの天ぷらの次にメインのお蕎麦。次に山形のだしがのった冷たいそば、揚げ出しカイモチ、最後にデザートのそばがきのおしること満足です。小さい直売所に辛みそとわらび一本漬けもありました。帰りに買って行かれるかたも結構いました。アットホームな感じで少々時間がかかりますがオススメです。

色々蕎麦屋さんはあるけれど
そば座敷ってきーにーなーるー、
って事でお邪魔んぼ〜?
民家です。凄いなぁ、ここにお蕎麦。
座敷の部屋は、仏壇もあって、
夏休みにおばーちゃんちに来た感じ。
入り口には、とれたてきゅうりとか、ここでしか買えないものが並んでる。
そば御膳を、
程なく、揚げ物ときくらげとわらびの1本漬け、まーこれがうまいやつで、蕎麦がきて、ダシの蕎麦椀がきた。
そばつゆもしっかり目で美味しい。蕎麦も甘みもあり美味しい。
ダシの椀蕎麦は、またツユが美味しい〜?
その後、
蕎麦がきおろしがきて、美味しくて、その後、汁粉もきて、美味い?
満腹満腹。
美味しかったなぁ。

もりそばの他、山形名物だし入りのミニぶっかけそばに揚げ出しかいもち、そばお汁粉。
さらにワラビの一本漬、肉厚のキクラゲに天ぷらも付いて大満足です。
大石田そば街道には名店が数多くありますが、味は勿論、コスパ的にもここが一番です！
