写真は、板そば(大盛り)1,200円です。 いつも並んでて、遅い時間に行くと本日終了のイメージがあります。昔は午前中でも終了とかいつもだったような気がします。 久々に平日休みの雲行きが怪しい時に行ってみたら、ちょうどよく駐車場も空いていました。12時くらいに着いて30分待ちぐらいでしたでしょうか(´┐`)。。 お味はやっぱり、きよそばって感じ。田舎蕎麦で独特な色合いで、そばつゆも大石田って感じですかね(´┐`)全部がまとまってるので美味しいと思います。

鷄油浮き多めの汁。 甘味は少なく、蕎麦つゆ系だか飲みやすく、バランスが取れている。海苔の味が強めに出るため、谷地系とは全く別物でここの味といった感じ。 だからといって美味しくないわけではなく。 鷄脂の甘みが汁と溶け合いバランスの取れた鷄蕎麦。 普通平麺で蕎麦粉多めのモッサ系のしっかりとしたかみごたえある蕎麦。 冷たさも冷えすぎずぬるすぎず 肉はハードなコシで臭みがなく、癖になる味。特に脂の乗った部位がジューシーで珍しい。 きよの肉そばと捉えれば他では食べられない最高においしいお蕎麦です。

ちょうどお昼頃におじゃましました。板蕎麦を注文してまずは沢庵、キクラゲ、青菜漬けの漬物が来ました。もろに自家製といった感じでちょっとしっぱ過ぎですね。蕎麦は細めで美味しいです。有名店なので県外からのお客が多いのでタイミングが難しいかも知ないのです。

山形県のお蕎麦屋さんで、一番好き! 奥さんも明るくて気さくな人でいつもニコニコ(^^) いつも激混みで入れなかったけど、今日は連休明けだし、食べられるかな?と思って、久しぶりに行けました!コロナ対策もしっかりしている中、美味しくいただいてきました(^^)

久しぶりに来店しました。最初に3種類のお漬物が出てきて食べている間に、注文の蕎麦が到着。空腹だったので肝心の蕎麦を?取り忘れて食べてしまいました? 温かい鳥そば(若鳥)と冷たい肉そば(親鳥)を注文。冷たい肉そばは蕎麦がしまってコシが強く、とても美味しかっです…が冷たすぎた気がします。温かい鳥そばは体も温まり美味しく最後まで食しました。

休日の11時過ぎに訪問。 玄関内にあるウェイティングリストに名前を書き玄関で待機すること数分。店員さんは忙しいみたいですので、声を掛けないとそのまま放置の可能性大です。 肉そばと板そばをオーダー。 大量のお漬物(ナス、キクラゲ、沢庵)を食べながら待つこと10分くらいで着丼。 肉そばの出汁は優しい感じで美味しかった。海苔がかかっているのは初めてでした。テーブルには様々な調味料があり味変を楽しめます。 不思議な事にメニューには天ぷらがないのに、天かすがおいてあること。わざわざこれだけの為に作っているのかな? 板そばも太さ硬さともに好みの味でした。 ご馳走様でした。
