柴	柴田しばお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東北旅行の時、蕎麦が美味しい店をさがしていたら、友達に教えてもらった作兵衛さんにいきました。山形なので仙台からだと結構遠いし時間もかかりました。遠いんだけどすごい混んでました。有名店なのかな？蕎麦とニシンをいただきました。蕎麦はコシもあって美味しかったです。蕎麦についてくるお漬物が絶品でした。あと、ニシンの甘煮がすごく美味しかったです。あれは遠い中行ってよかったなぁって思いましたね。また、山形にいったときはいきたいです！ During my trip to Tohoku, if I was looking for a restaurant where soba was delicious, I went to Sakubei, who was told by a friend. 加	加藤英雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大石田町横山地区には、激ウマの蕎麦屋さんが三軒連なっておりまして、このお店は、その一軒です。お店の前にも数台駐車できるスペースがありますが、少し手前に大きな駐車場があります。お店に入って、真っ正面がレジ。ここで注文して、右の座敷に座りましょう。トイレは左手にあります。広々とした座敷です。お茶はセルフサービス。感染症対策の為なのでしょう、襖の片方が外されて、常時換気がなされております。だけど、ストーブがフル稼働。寒くないのでご安心を。板蕎麦大盛を注文。漬け物や葱と共に、七味も付いてきます。蕎麦は太麺ですが、ツルツルして上品の極致。旨い！旨い！旨い！旨い！旨い！メニューは、他に温かいかけ蕎麦、ニシン煮、カイモチ。おでんもあります。これからドンドン寒くなるので、おでんは是非とも食したい一品ですね。ご馳走さま。美味しいお昼を有り難うございました。 In the Yokoyama district of Oishida Town, there are three soba restaurants with intense horses, and this shop is one of them.
