★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 井筒屋さんの鰻を食べたら、よそではたべられません。特に私はかめしおが好きです。ふわーっとした鰻の食感がたまらず、口の中で、香ばし香り、絶妙な塩加減、たべる直前にかけるレモンの爽やかな酸味、塩味の鰻にぴったり、本当においしい。約20年近く通っています。
お店の雰囲気も落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくりします。
If you eat Izutsuya's eel, you can't eat it outside. I especially like turtles. The texture of the fluffy eel is irresistible, and in the mouth, it has a fragrant aroma, exquisite saltiness, the refreshing acidity of lemon that is applied just before eating, and it is really delicious. I have been going there for almost 20 years.
The atmosphere of the shop is also calm and you can relax.

諏訪にも食べに行ったけど、こちらの方がよっぽど本格的で美味しい。
個人的には特選白焼丼がちょーオススメ。
An eel shop with a wonderful atmosphere and taste.
I went to Suwa to eat, but this one is more authentic and delicious.
Personally, I highly recommend the special white-grilled rice bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かめ塩のうなぎを注文。あまり鰻は好きではなかったのですが、白焼きの鰻にレモンと山椒塩かけて食べるとさっぱりとしいて、あっという間にぺろりと食べられてしまいました。また食べたい！と思うほどの美味しさです。
茶碗蒸しも、卵焼きも出汁が美味しくて上品な味わいでした。
I ordered turtle salt eel. I didn't like eel very much, but when I ate white-grilled eel with lemon and Japanese pepper salt, it was refreshing and I was able to eat it in no time. I want to eat again! It's delicious enough to think.
Both the chawanmushi and the omelet had a delicious and elegant soup stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful unagi (grilled eel) restaurant with a nostalgic Meiji-era decor. We got seats facing the garden, which was extra nice.
Friendly service, delicious food. A special experience for unagi lovers visiting Kobuchisawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great surprise on our last meal in Kobuchizawa! We had the unagi donburi with rice and wasabi! Delicious! Really close from de train station. You’ll need a reservation if you dont have time enough! The meal takes about 30 minutes to be prepared!
