h	h yajima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そば重定食2200円と鰻キモ焼き700円を頂きました。鰻キモ焼きは柔らかくてキモのほろ苦味とタレの甘みがマッチしてて美味しい。山椒を付けたり、そのまま食べたりして味の変化が楽しめます。そば重定食の絶品うなぎ丼は超ふわふわでした。店主に聞くと捌きたてだからとの事。うなぎ丼に蕎麦とサラダと漬物が付いているのでお腹いっぱいになりました。漬物に入っていた大根?を食べたらシャリシャリして甘みがあったのでちょっとビックリ。これも店主に聞いたら梨でした。意外な美味しいアクセントもあり十分堪能させてもらいました。 We had soba heavy set meal 2200 yen and salmon Kimo Yaki 700 yen.
