y	yura riki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日に観光でたまたま見つけて行きました。新潟の古民家で雰囲気良かった。肝心の蕎麦はかため。もう少し柔らかい方が好きだった！蕎麦の風味より小麦を感じた。天丼はとっても美味しかった。 I happened to find it on Sunday for sightseeing. It was an old private house in Niigata and the atmosphere was good. The essential soba is firm. I liked the softer one! I felt wheat rather than the flavor of soba. The bowl was very delicious.

平	平浩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに来店。何時もより忙しいみたいで蕎麦は並限定でした。残念。時期的な事かその都度自家びきでないのか、蕎麦の香りは有りませんでした。ここの蕎麦はコシの強いのが特徴なので、もう少し細くなればのど越しは良くなります。汁は蕎麦に負けない混合雑節で相性は良いです。料金があがっていたのでコスパは微妙です。 Visited the store after a long absence.
