B	Bob Cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福知山でランチをと思い検索するとヒットしました。地元食材を頂けるとあり、伺いました。平日のお昼でしたが沢山来店されていて、すでに日替わりランチはラス1となっていて、親子丼とを注文しました。日替わりは鯛とあさりとキャベツを煮た創作料理で、塩味でシンプルですが味わいがあって大変美味しく、味噌汁は麹の風味が効いていてこれもシンプル、付け合わせのポテトや野菜サラダも少しずつ工夫がされていてどれも大変美味しく頂けました。また、親子丼も卵が濃くて鶏も出汁が染みていて絶品。しかもどれもリーズナブル。近くの姉妹店のメニューも気になったので、次はしっかりと予約して伺いたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。 I searched for lunch in Fukuchiyama and found a hit. They had three set meals, of which the seasonal vegetable set was sold out, leaving no non-meat options for the other two (fried chicken set and chicken and egg rice bowl set). I ended up ordering the fried chicken set (using local chicken), which was quite a lot of food (two very large pieces of fried chicken). The side salad and soup were the highlights for me. From reading other reviews, it appears that meal sell out with frequency. The architecture alone is worth the visit, as the restaurant operates in a former merchant's home (very wealthy sake merchant I heard). There are multiple floors, a café space with what looks like library (that I think doubles as a bar in the evening - probably a really great place for a drink), and a maze of hallways that take you to your dining area (of which there are a few different areas to eat - which is helpful during COVID, I came here in March, 2021). If I could ensure which meal I'd be able to order, I would definitely come again. I also couldn't believe how much food you got for the price (I think my meal was only about 1,000 yen).
