パ	パラパラK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業で、丹波市に行った際に利用させて頂きました。店主さん、お店、味と最高でした。ざる蕎麦を頂きましたが、薬味の辛味大根がすごく美味しかったです。メニューに、関西では珍しい蕎麦がきがあったので注文させて頂きました。味は、二種類ありあんこ（丹波産）と三種の味で食べれる（くるみ味噌・塩・ワサビ？）のがありました。あんこの方で、食べましたがデザート感覚で絶品！私の知ってる蕎麦がきは、蕎麦の実の存在感が一切ないすいとんの様なものでしたが、こちらのは蕎麦の実の存在がシッカリありつなぎで山芋を使ってる感じのねっとりもっちりでした。また、近くに行った際にはお邪魔したいと思っています。 I used it when I went to Tamba City for business. 風	風寅 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒井城跡を見渡しながら食事ができる、とても古き良きどこか懐かしさを感じる、和の雰囲気のある民家の蕎麦屋さんです。蕎麦に関してはあっさりとしていて、ほのかに香る蕎麦の香りと味わいも素晴らしく良い時間を過ごす事ができました。三色蕎麦を注文しましたが、さつまいもを練り込んだ蕎麦もあって珍しく、蕎麦の食感はそこまで硬くはありませんが、もちっとしていて美味しかったです。場所は少し分かりにくく、狭い路地を右往左往したりと探すのに苦労しましたが、また近くに立ち寄った時は是非行きたいですね。 It is a soba restaurant in a private house with a Japanese atmosphere where you can eat while looking out over the ruins of Kuroi Castle and feel nostalgia for something very old. 藤	藤山尚史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒井城趾へのハイキング後、昼食を摂るため「丹波の蕎麦処たかはし」さんを訪問。黒井城趾の駐車場から５分ほどでお店に到着。事前に電話にて５名で大丈夫かの確認をしていたので入店後すぐに席に着くことができた。店内は靴を脱いで上がり、民家の広間のようなところでお蕎麦をいただく。座敷の窓からは、先ほど登ってきた黒井城趾が良く見え景色もいい。蕎麦も冷たいもの、温かいものから選ぶことが出来るので、私はこの店にしかない「三色そば」をいただいた。十割、二八、季節の野菜のパウダーを練り込んだかわりそばの三種を一度にいただくことが出来る贅沢なセット。各そばはとても口当たりが良く、こしもありなかなか満足がいくもの。そばつゆは最初見た目がかなり濃いものだったので、辛いかと思いきや意外とあっさりしていたのにはびっくりした。薬味のねぎと辛み大根もそばにとてもマッチしていた。蕎麦好きの私にとって再び来店したい美味しいお蕎麦がいただけるお店である。 After hiking to Kuroi Castle, we visited "Tamba's Soba Restaurant Takahashi" to have lunch. From the window of the tatami room, you can see the Kuroi Castle that you just climbed and the scenery is good. You can choose between cold and warm soba noodles, so I got the "Sanshoku Soba" which is only available at this restaurant. A luxurious set where you can have three kinds of soba noodles, which are kneaded with 100%, 28, and seasonal vegetable powder. Each soba is very palatable, and it is quite satisfying because it is chewy. Soba soup had a very dark appearance at first, so I was surprised to find that it was spicy and surprisingly light. The condiment green onions and spicy radish also matched very well with the soba noodles. For me, who loves soba, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious soba that you want to visit again.
