チャーハンと餃子を食べました。チャーハンは特にパラパラでもなくベチョベチョでもなくちょうどいいしっとり感で食べやすくてうまい。餃子は一皿6個で形が整っていてキレイだ。ちなみにチャーハンは¥750、餃子は¥500。

《再レビュー☆5→☆3へ》 2018年11月、14時頃に夫と来店しました。 元の店主は引退されて、完全に息子さんが引き継がれたようです。ピーク時はスタッフ2名合わせて3人で回しているようです。 味は相変わらず良いですが、段取りがひどくて今日はとても残念な思いをしました。 店内は我々とお客さん一人。 隅でスタッフと思われるお婆さんが賄いを食べていました。 レバニラと野菜つけ麺を注文すると、すぐにつけ麺用の湯が出されました。 しばらくすると夫のレバニラ定食の「ご飯のみ」が出されました。すぐにレバニラも来るのだろうと思ったら結構待たされ、その間にごはんが少し冷めてしまいました。忙しくもないのに、なぜ同時に出さないのでしょう…。(ごはんだけ出されても…) 夫がレバニラ定食を半分ほど食べたところでようやく私のつけ麺がきました。 当然、既に湯は冷め切っています。 店内は暖房がついておらず、スープの入っているドンブリも冷え冷え(普通、お湯でドンブリを温めておくものでは…)。 そこに冷めた湯を注いでも、当然人肌以下の冷たさです。湯気のひとつもたちません。 つけ麺って「冷たい麺と温かいスープの温度差」が美味しいんじゃないのでしょうか??? まるでざる蕎麦状態。 夏ならまだしも晩秋でこれはキツイです。 さらに賄いを食べ終わったお婆さんは私服でカウンター内をウロつき、わざわざ我々の目の前にきて鼻をかむ始末。スタッフも派手な咳払いをしていて気分が悪くなりました。 麺類は段取りが命ともいえる料理なのに、何故あんな適当な順番で出すのかわかりません。 味が好きなのでファンでしたが、しばらく利用は控えます。 今はつけ麺ではなくラーメンの方が無難ですね。 《前回レビュー》 カウンターのみ、こもったラジオ音声が流れる昔懐かしな古風なお店です。ラーメンはどれも個性があり「大体こんな味だろう」と予想してると毎度良い意味で裏切られます。あと量が多いので女性は「食べるぞ!」と気合いを入れて挑むと良いかも(笑)半透明のモチモチシコシコ麺が本当に美味しい。でもレバニラなどご飯系もハズレなし。どのメニューもしっかり目の味付けですね。大将・若大将どちらも腕はしっかり接客ほっこり。オープンキッチンなので手際の良い調理を見てるだけで楽しくなります。ずっとあって欲しいなあって思うお店です。

2019年8月 お盆中の正午頃訪問。店内はL字カウンターのみで、定員15名ほどか。先客が2組ほどいらっしゃいました。入り口手前の席に座って野菜つけ麺800円を注文。すぐに割りスープが提供され、そこから待つこと10分くらいで配膳されます。つけダレは真っ黒く、そこに炒めた野菜がたっぷり入っている。炒め野菜はシャキシャキで香ばしくて、このタレに絡めて食べると旨い。タレは見た目通り濃い甘辛の仕上がりで酸味はなし。次に麺。まずはそのまま頂く。小麦の香りがふんわりしてもっちりとした食感で旨い。麺をつけダレに沈めて野菜と一緒に食べると実に美味しい。麺と野菜を夢中で食べ切って、割りスープを投入。ゴクゴクと完飲してご馳走さま。次回はラーメンあたりを頂こうかしら。

先週の水曜に行ったら、貼り紙がしてあり火水が休みと分かったので、木曜に初出撃。チェーン店以外の町中華で美味しいお店はないのかな?と、そこで行ってみると、13時半過ぎに先客3名。メニューの感じからつけ麺を中心にした以前のつけ麺大王風。とりあえずの小手調べに生姜焼き定食の大盛を頼む。炒飯の器に大盛の御飯と2切れの沢庵。スープは醤油ベースのワカメ入り生姜風味、そしてマヨネーズを出されてメインの生姜焼きは玉ねぎたっぷりピーマンの入った甘めの味付け。まさに御飯がすすむ君。で、950円。 次回は麺類と餃子といきたいところなんだけど、2人の先客のうちの1人が加熱式を手で隠しながら吸っていた。飲食サイトを確認すると喫煙可との記載。そりゃ禁煙店じゃ吸わんよな~。良さげな中華屋さんに限って喫煙店が多いんだよな~
