か	かど松 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アクセス３味３雰囲気４接客３価格４　もったいないなぁ・・・・　評価の低い方が言っているような《鶏の臭み》は感じられなかったが、それより気になったのは麺の状態。小さなテボ(湯切りするザル)で茹で、よく掻き回してない所為かダマダマになって一部スイトンになってしまっていた(笑)　スープも叉焼も生姜や玉子もいい感じなのに麺が自家製麺だけにもったいない。何とか改善していただけないものか？それと茹で時間は『席に届いて写真撮ったりする人もいるから若干早めに上げる』方が良いと思う。その辺が一部から酷評されてしまう素人臭さな気がする。雰囲気といい、食材へのアプローチといい素晴らしいお店なので、もうひと頑張りしてほしいなぁ・・・・ Access 3 flavors 3 Atmosphere 4 Customer service 3 Price 4 Too wasteful ...
