★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて、狛江市役所を利用させて頂きました。職員の方々の対応も親切でした。また、先日話題になったドラマ「半沢直樹」にも市役所が使われたとのこと。観ていましたが知らなかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狛江駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所、狛江通り沿いにある綺麗な市役所です。
庁舎のつくりは調布市役所と同じように階段の先に玄関がくるつくりですが、調布市役所とは異なり付近に高層建築物がないため、よく目立っていました。
よくも悪くも普通の庁舎でありますが、図書館や防災センターなどが敷地に一挙集中しているのは良かったです。
It is a beautiful city hall along Komae-dori, about a 5-minute walk from Komae Station.
Like Chofu City Hall, the entrance is located at the end of the stairs, but unlike Chofu City Hall, there are no high-rise buildings nearby, so it was very noticeable.
For better or worse, it is an ordinary government building, but it was good that the library and disaster prevention center were concentrated on the site all at once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優秀な職員の方は時折いらっしゃいますが、基本的にはお役所仕事で対応をされます。壊れた機器の対応にこうしたずさんな方法を取りますし、せっかくのITも写真のように大半が活用されておらず、残念な部分が多いです。自然が豊富で、都心に近く、『スモールシティ』としてのウリがたくさんあるだけに、もう少し色々と頑張っていただきたいです。
There are some excellent staff members from time to time, but basically they are handled by the government office work. We take such a sloppy method to deal with broken devices, and most of the IT is not used as shown in the photo, so there are many unfortunate parts. It is rich in nature, close to the city center, and has a lot of melons as a "small city", so I would like you to do your best in various ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 粗大ゴミを出す対応をしていただいたのが2回目なんですが
一回目も二回目もすごく態度が悪くゴミを出すのをお願いしただけなのにストレスが溜まりました。
今回は男性のスタッフさんでした（名前は忘れました。次回からは聞きます。）
最後に、ありがとうございます。と言ってる途中に電話を切られました。
そもそもあちらからは、ご利用有難うございますも何もなく捨てる日にちを言って切られました。
電話対応の教育（常識）強化お願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話での対応，玄関のインフォメーション，受付案内，窓口対応，みなさん感じが良く親切で，全てが行き届いていると感じました。手数料の支払いがクレジットカード，電子マネーを含めて利用可能であることなどからも，利用者のことを考えて仕事をされていることが伺えます。なお駐車場は出口までの経路に若干狭い場所があり，頻繁にこすったであろう痕が残っています。みなさまどうかご注意下さい。
市政についても，広報活動や新型コロナ対策（ワクチン接種の予約システムは恐ろしく便利でした）など，非常にがんばっておられる印象です。これからも市職員の皆様のご活躍を期待しております。
