三	三浦浩彰 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年6月27日の会社帰りに立ち寄りました。ここの地域に異動となり早１年を過ぎ、昨年来気になっていたお店でした。鰻というと、ちょっとハードルが高く中々入れずにいました。土曜出勤でボランティア活動後、自分への御褒美として鰻を食べて帰ろうと、うな登さんに入店。入店時間が13：30だったので私一人でした。店内は、カウンターと御座敷があり御座敷へ座りました。今年で３５周年という事で、キャンペーンくじに、住所・氏名・TEL番を記入し女将さんへ渡し、後日抽選で当たれば連絡が来るようです。そうこうしているうちに、いよいよお待ちかねのうな丼が出来上がりました。私が頼んだのは、白焼きと蒲焼の二色重を頼みました。白焼きは、ワサビ醤油で食べて下さいとの事で、早速お口に運びました。感想は、歯ごたえフワフワで油もさっぱりしていて泥臭さもなく、皮も柔らかくて大満足でした。蒲焼も同じく、文字では伝わらないぐらいおいしかったです。旦那さん・女将さん・娘さんで対応してくれましたが、気さくに話しかけてくれてとても楽しく食事が出来ました。旦那さん・女将さん・娘さんの人柄が料理に出ているとても優しい食感でした。会社帰りや休日に、また寄りたいと思います。 I dropped in on my way back from the company on June 27, 2020.
