★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes yes yes!!
Amazing Ramen! Best I've had, and I think I've had enough ramen to say that with some validity behind that. Do it. Eat here. Tell your family and friends to eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My most favorite ramen place in Tokyo! The menu is reduced due to covid, but their Kogashi Miso Ramen still rocks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burnt miso ramen is delicious. Sweetness comes through the char of roasted vegetables that contribute to the savory stock. Thin noodles with a good bite and bits of cabbage that add a clear taste line through the saltiness. Well done - summer grilling in a bowl of soup. Tip the bowl up so the last dregs pour into your mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the burnt miso ramen and gyōza lunch combo. Broth was unique but didn't really blow me away. Not something I'd come back for. Overall decent food and good service. Staff spoke English well, which was helpful for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burnt or charred ramen. Tasted really good. The broth was good and compliments the ramen really well, but I would not want to finish the broth by itself. This place felt like a fancy ramen place. Side dishes, such as gyoza, tofu steak, or sesame cucumber were not bad. A little bit pricier than normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the greatest ramen places I've been to anywhere! The burnt miso ramen is incredible! It's nice and smoky in flavour. I wish we had this in Vancouver! The gyoza and salmon were really delicious as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place with pleasant atmosphere.
I ordered the special burnt miso ramen which comes to you in a big black bowl with a dark brown soup and a layer of black, charcoal specks on top.
The soup is actually quite smooth, with a deep, rich flavor that manages to not taste all that heavy. Unfortunately the slices of pork belly are a bit firm. The noodles - unlike Ippudo which is a hakata style - are thicker and have a nice chewiness. There’s also some cabbage, a small slice of fish cake, and one and a half poached egg.
I also ordered bamboo shoots along with the ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my first visit in 2018, this has been my favorite ramen restaurant, hands down. Three years later and that has not changed. They consistently serve delicious ramen and gyoza, and the service is always courteous and timely.
I highly recommend their burnt miso ramen!
