The soup base is clear with rich soy sauce with oil, but not greasy at all, and the Chasiu is burnt a little bit which brings out good favour with the ramen. It’s a shop in back street in Roppongi, hiding in the concrete jungle. It’s like a oasis in the desert and you will surely fall in love with this decent ramen shop.
Y	YY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely sophisticated taste for sure. Shoyu, soup stock, seaweed, cha-shu ... everything are amazing. Just note. If you need to wait outside, buy a ticket first in the shop, then wait in line. There’re only 6 sheets inside, so a rainy day could be no wait.
