J	J K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 六本木ヒルズ内にある、有名ラーメン屋さんです。スタイリッシュな店内に上品に仕上げたラーメンがとても合います。食券方式で、入口で自動販売機にて購入します。高額紙幣の両替機も入口にありました。自動販売機はQRコード決済にも対応していました王道の鶏パイタンラーメンは濃厚で、途中て生姜とフライドオニオンを入れる事で味の変化を楽しむ事が出来ます。お勧め出来るラーメン屋さんです。 It is a famous ramen shop in Roppongi Hills. The elegantly finished ramen goes well with the stylish interior. Purchase at the vending machine at the entrance using the meal ticket method. There was also a money changer at the entrance. 宇	宇坪正敏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日のランチは、六本木ヒルズクラブでの打ち合わせの後、銀座篝六本木ヒルズ店へ。銀座篝は、2013年に最初の銀座店、2015年にEchikafit銀座店に行って以来。これまでも美味しかったので、入店前から楽しみです。店内に入ると、落ち着いた和の雰囲気です。カウンター席にご案内。美味しい食べ方を眺めながら、ラーメンを待ちます。ラーメンが届く前に、セッティングが進んでいきます。そしていよいよ、着丼。鶏白湯Soba　トリュフ仕立て　1,280円丼からは、トリュフの香りが立ち上ります。濃厚な鶏白湯スープには、鶏の旨みが凝縮されています。中細ストレート麺が、濃厚なスープにしっかり絡みます。鶏チャーシューの上に、色とりどりの野菜が盛り付けられていて、美しいです。途中から、国産生姜やフライドオニオンを加えて、少し味変しながら完食。とても美味しい一杯でした。蛤と牡蠣のSobaや、鶏白湯と貝と節つけSobaなど、他にも美味しいそうなメニューがあったので、次回はそちらも食べてみます。 For lunch today, after a meeting at the Roppongi Hills Club, head to the Ginza Kagari Roppongi Hills store. C	CYP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a snack after watching a movie upstairs. We really enjoyed the texture of the noodles paired with the rich dipping sauce. I also ordered the rice with truffle butter but couldn’t finish it. You can skip that - it didn’t really add to the main dish, IMO.
