Helicopter noise is echoing in the building area just to say that just being able to get under the road is a good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We showed up late at night. Aside from the language barrier everything went pretty smooth. Guests have to check their ID in and get a visitor card every time enter/exit. Bare bones stay, but we were out all the time anyway.
