F	Felix Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient hotel near amenities, as well as the Koshien Stadium. However, it isn't exactly downtown so if you are a tourist looking to travel for the sights and sounds, this may not be your first choice hotel. That said, it's location next to the metro train station makes it easy to navigate and move around Kobe. Stayed in the Executive Room, which is decently furnished and comfortable. Only disappointment is the lack of gym facilities. There is one on the 5th floor, but you'd need to pay for use which I'm not keen.
D	Dahlia Garden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the West building which is supposedly newer. They have two breakfast areas and both are quite clean and modern. We estimate loved their desserts in cute jars. They serve both eastern and western breakfast.

It is located near enough to local train station, AEON Shopping Mall (there is a supermarket inside it), and Kidzania. There are also several international food stalls, such as KFC, Yoshinoya, and McDonald's near the hotel for foreigner visitor who do not like Japanese cuisine. The breakfast was not too special, they served buffet Japanese menus. But overall, the room is quite nice, even the bathroom was a little bit old.

I only wish they would change the shower heads to a different style so we can adjust the spray angle. They are in a fixed position and water falls onto the floor outside the shower making a big mess.

L	Lisa Shan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small size (like most Japanese hotels). Newly renovated. Very clean room. It is equipped with some smart devices and air purifier. The staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is included in price and has great selections. It is a very popular hotel for tourists. There is a big subway station just about 500 meters out. A plaza next door provides various shipping stores and restaurants. The food court in the plaza was amazing. Try the sizzling beef on a hot plate.
