★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年8月中旬の平日昼間に、久々に訪問しました。横浜やぶそばで技術習得して開業しました。
４人用テーブル席が４セットで、レトロ感ありますが清潔感あります。
既に満席と賑わってます。相席しましたが、常連さんのようで｢鹿沼市ではお薦めお店だそう…｣ニラそば、サラダ蕎麦を食べている人は皆無でした。
もりそば（450円）を頂きました。七三？の手打ち蕎麦で、短めの麺で香＆旨味とも少々で、つけ汁はドップリつけるタイプです。今日の出来は微妙でしたが、前回の印象と値段を加味した評価です。
 Visited after a long time on weekday midday in mid-August 2019. Opened after acquiring technical skills at Yokohama Yabu Soba.
There are 4 sets of table seats for 4 people.
Already full and crowded. Although she was there, there was no one like Mr. Regular who was eating nira soba and salad soba.
I got Morisoba (450 yen). 73? This is a hand-made soba noodle with short noodles with a little incense and umami. Today's result was subtle, but it was an evaluation that took into account the previous impression and price.

I stopped by on the way back from Nikko. The famous garlic soba noodles around here! ️ There is no doubt that an elderly couple runs a shop! ️ Next door is ⛩️, paypay can be used, so it's helpful‼ ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ちそばはきっと蕎麦としては美味しいハズです
残念なことに、水の温さで引き締めるのではなく、ゆで時間で口当たりを調節してしまったような
茹でがほんの少し長くて水が冷たければとても良かった筈です。
今日はまた、異状に暑かったので今度は涼しくなったら来たいです
天ぷらはふんわりだけどさっくり。とても美味しかったです。つゆは薄味です。甘くもからくもなく出汁もほどほどにきいています。
薬味の量が?
枝豆よりネギがもっとほしいかも
私たちと次のお客さんでお蕎麦が品切れ‼️わざわざ探してきたお客さん、残念?

私はいつもニラ蕎麦。
鹿沼のニラ蕎麦は、ニラは麺に絡ませているお店と蕎麦に乗せているお店がありますが、こちらは乗せているタイプ。
今回のニラの茹で加減は丁度良かったです?
トイレは和式ですが、いつもキレイです。
税込、手打ちでこの価格。
とても良心的で美味しい味のあるお店です。
何度も通ってしまいます。
今回はついに気になっていた、みそおでんを注文！
なんと、甘いきな粉がトッピングされていました?
味噌ダレも甘いのに更に甘さがアップさらていました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から気になっていたのでランチに行ってみました。
駐車場が分からなかったので、隣のウェルシアで買い物をして駐車場にとめさせて頂きました。
こじんまりしたお店で、とりあえず大もりそばを注文。
個人的に量的には少し物足りない感じがしましたので、おにぎりとかちょっとした一品があればいいなと思いました。
とはいえ安いし美味しいので、近くに行った時は再訪したいと思います。

お汁が少し味が薄いかな？って感じましたが美味しく頂きました。

天ぷらも良かったです。
連れの方は大もりそばをオーダーしましたが、普段食べ歩きしている他店と比べると、大もりにしては量が少ないかと。
かえしは味薄めですが、最後に蕎麦湯を足すと出汁が際立って美味しいと思います。
The cospa was good and it was a very delicious soba.
