ニラ蕎麦、初体験。 お蕎麦にニラが合うのかなーと思いましたが。 ニラが甘くて、香りが良くて、ニラのあの歯応えもなぜだかすごく合いました。 なぜだか、と言いましたが、合う秘密はかえしにあるのではないかと思います。 かえしは、煮干しかな?イワシの香りがしました。普段鰯節があまり好きでないのですが、ニラの香り、鰯だしの香りがどちらも強主張でよくできているなぁと感心してしまいました。ここのお出汁ならイワシの香りがしたほうが良い!と、イワシ嫌いも思いました。 またお邪魔したいです。

出汁が北関東らしい。ニラと一緒に汁をたっぷり絡めてそばをすするのが好きなんですよね。カツ丼も好きなメニューです。
The soup stock seems to be in the northern Kanto region. I like to sip soba with plenty of juice with leeks. Katsudon is also my favorite menu.

再訪、にら蕎麦790円を注文。やっぱり美味しいですね。都内から宇都宮に通勤している知人とにら蕎麦の話になって食べたことがないと言うので、夕方開店している店からこちらに訪問。天にら蕎麦1380円を頂きました。香りの良い蕎麦に茹で具合の絶妙なにらが沢山載っていました、当初蕎麦とにらを別々食べて納得。からっと揚がった天ぷらも美味しく頂きました。知人はにら蕎麦をはじめて食べて、にらと蕎麦の合うことに感心してました。明治からの老舗CPも良く再訪します。

そばの町・栃木県鹿沼市の歴史ある蕎麦屋さん。 お店の中はワモダンでなかなか素敵な、居心地のいい空間です。 にら蕎麦と舞茸汁のそばを二人で頼みました。 にら蕎麦は、シャキシャキ感とそばの愛称がとてもよく、にらの甘みが梅雨と絡めた時にとても美味しいです。 自家製粉のそばは毎朝、石うすでひいているそうで蕎麦の風味もよく、上品なお蕎麦でした。天ぷらもサクサクで美味しく感動。 舞茸汁のそばも、舞茸の香りが十分に楽しめました。 今度は限定の十割そばを食べてみたいです。

The soba noodles made with homemade flour seemed to be ground with a thin stone every morning, and the soba had a good flavor, making it an elegant soba. The tempura is also crispy and delicious. I also enjoyed the scent of Maitake mushrooms near Maitake mushroom soup. Next time I would like to eat the limited 100% buckwheat noodles.

ニラそば790円とカツ丼弁当1160円を頂きました。石臼細切りの蕎麦に茹でニラ4cmがのったものです。蕎麦の香りニラのシャキシャキ感が少し感じました。つゆは個人的に甘めに感じました。カツ丼弁当のカツ丼は器が小さい割りに量的に満足でした。BGMにジャズが流れゆっくりと過ごせます。スタンプラリー加盟店です。

鹿沼にゴルフに行った帰りに妻と訪問しました。 新鹿沼駅の近くにある老舗のお蕎麦屋さんです。和モダンな建物と店内はJAZZが流れるお洒落なお店でした。 今回の目的は栃木の特産品の一つである、ニラを使った鹿沼ご当地グルメのニラ蕎麦です。 ニラと言うと独特の匂いが気になり、蕎麦の風味が感じられないかと思いましたが、ニラに包丁を入れておらず、湯がいているだけなので、特に匂いは気にならず、にらの甘みと香りが蕎麦に合ってとても美味しく頂きました。 今回は蕎麦のみの注文でしたが、次回訪れた際は他の方のクチコミにもあった丼物も食べてみたいと思います。

The purpose of this time is Kanuma local gourmet garlic soba using garlic, which is one of Tochigi's special products. Speaking of garlic, I was worried about the unique smell, and I thought that I could feel the flavor of soba, but since I did not put a knife in the garlic and just boiled water, I did not particularly care about the smell. The sweetness and aroma of the garlic chives matched the soba and it was very delicious. This time I ordered only soba, but when I visit next time, I would like to try the bowl that was also in the reviews of other people.

Had the cold soba with assorted tempura. It's pretty good! Only downside is they don't have an English menu. I barely got my order with my sub standard Japanese that I learned from watching some dubious videos if u get what I mean
