物件に関する質問をしても「さあ？どうなんでしょうね？」
調べる気もなく、賃貸の営業に向いてない人だと思いました。
入居が決まった後、部屋の水道電気の手続きをしてくれたと思ったらミスをしており(電気会社が悪い)、入居1日で水道代が1万以上。
電気会社に文句を言いましょうと提案したら「手間がかかるのでいいです。」と。
じゃあ、私がすると言ったら「私の電話番号がバレてしまう。でも水道代はこちらでは払えない」
は？どう考えてもおかしいでしょ。
納得出来ず、何回かやり取りしていると「じゃあ、私のお金で払いますよ」と逆ギレ。私が悪いみたいな対応。ただ単に自分のミスを会社に知られたくなかったんでしょう。
西口から東口店に担当を変えてもらいました。
東口店の店長にクレーム内容を伝えたら、返金は当たり前ですよねと丁寧に対応していただけた。
西口はやめた方がいいです。東口に行ってください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内見をしたかった物件を見せたら受話器をあげて電話をするフリ？なのか受話器を置いた後に『この物件はうちでは扱ってないんですけど調べたところ誇大広告で載せてるだけで物件自体は空いてないみたいです。この時期よくあることなんですよー』と言っていましたが色々不信感を抱き翌日違う不動産に同じ物件を問い合わせたところ案内できると言われて見てきました。
どうしてそんな嘘をつくんですか？？
ここは自分の会社で扱ってる物件しか契約させたくないようですね。
説明をするのに年配の方に変わったのですが息がものすごーーーーく臭かったです。
マスクしているのに相当な匂いでした。
しかもマスクがずれた時に口の中が見えたのですが歯がないし虫歯だらけだし汚かった。
接客業なのに歯がないことや口臭がひどいってありえないですよね。
喋り方も歯がないせいかスカスカで何言ってるかわからないし、読んでるようで読んでないし、早口なので説明する気もないんだなという印象でした。
直接キャンセルしに伺いましたが女性の接客態度も悪く不愉快でした。

契約時は資料の大家の電話番号と契約書のエイブルの電話番号が間違っていた。
退去時のはがき申請後には確認の資料が届かず、こちらから電話で問い合わせるまで申請が通ったか判明しなかった。
また、1番評価が下がったのが、退去申請及び退去後も賃料満額が継続して引き落とされた点。
引落とし停止の手続きが間に合わなかったとのことですが、退去申請から約2ヶ月、退去から約1ヶ月弱経っているのに間に合わない手続きとはどういうものでしょう？？
基本的にあまり信用できない店という印象。不動産知識のある方にしかお勧め出来ませんが、そもそも初めから別の店を選んだ方がよいでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気に入った物件が掲載されていたので、電話で問い合わせしたら対応があまりよくなく、その時から印象が悪かったです。
その後契約を済ませたのですが、1ヶ月以上経ってるのに契約書が送付されず店舗に電話したら、もう少ししたら発送すると言われました。すぐにでも契約書が必要だった為、結局自分で店舗に取りに行くはめになりました。
また、退去したのに次の月の家賃が引かれておりその事を問い合わせしたところ、担当の者が外出中でいないので後で折り返し連絡すると言われました。しばらく連絡なくこちらから再度電話したら担当者が出て、その話を全く知らされていないようでした。
本当にいい加減な店舗です。

恥ずかしいことに、住んでるとこのゴミ捨て場汚いからなんとかしましょうよーって相談入れたのになんちゅー対応よ。
すぐ片付けにきて頂いたのは凄かったですけど。片付けただけじゃ解決しませんよね。そーゆー話したかったのに。
家賃引き落としも契約できたもんだと思ってたら出来てなくて、支払ってくださいって用紙1枚……
間に合わなかったので〜とか説明なし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘が大学進学のため、物件を直接見たいという要件で来店しました。口コミが悪く正直、不安でした。小澤さんという方が接客にあたってくださったのですが、条件の良い物件を複数紹介してくださいました。当初希望の物件よりも条件も値段も良く、最終的にその物件に決定しました。こちらの要求も踏まえ、料金もなるべく安くなるようにしてくださった上に、希望の物件がダブルブッキングしないように取り押さえてくださるという配慮もしていただき、大変感謝です。娘も大変満足しています。
