ぷ	ぷく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回契約させていただきました。総じて残念でした。ネット上の口コミが良く各地に店舗を構えていて大丈夫かなと思いそちらを選びましたが正直ガッカリです。・火災保険の提示額が見積時点と契約時点で大きく違いました。(希望していないのに地震保険が追加されていた)見積してくれた方と契約説明の方が違ったのでしっかりと引継をしてほしかったです。・鍵交換の話が事前になくこちらが確認してから当日に前と同じ鍵になってますと…交換は出来ますがどうしますか？って契約前か見積時に提示してくださいよ。・渡された書類に前入居者と思われる方の領収書や契約書等の各種書類がそのまま残っていた。これに関しては家主側のミスかも知れませんが、手数料をもらって仲介している御社の確認も必要だと思いますが。個人情報保護が騒がれている時代に中々の凡ミスだと思われますよ。ここまで色々書きましたがネットの評判はいいのできっと素敵なお店さんなのは間違いないのかなと自分が外れを引いたのかなと思うようにします。 I made a contract this time.
