ここで契約するのは本当に勧めません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜、トイレが故障して水が漏れました。急いでいたのでポストに入ってた広告の場所に電話して修理をしました。後からグレンハウジングに電話した時に「何故先に連絡してこなかったのか」「不動産→大家→修理会社の段取りでは無いため修理代は負担しない」と言われました。知識があれば当たり前と思うかもしれませんが...。
不動産屋は連休は営業しておらず、対応してもらえるか分からない中、夜中に電話してもよかったのか分かりません。
トイレが水漏れしているのにそんなに冷静な人はいるのでしょうか?
怒られた上に修理代5万は自腹でとても残念です。修理してくれた水道会社からは「トイレが古すぎる。買い換えた方がいい」と言われるほど酷いのに1円もかえってこないのはどうなのか。
風が強くて障子が剥がれたので今度聞く予定ですが、この感じだと自腹かもしれないと思うと早く引越ししたいですね?
