R	R K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホッケ定食を注文。味はとても美味しく満足でした。土曜のお昼に訪問店内はとても忙しそうでした。白米・十五穀米・お味噌汁はおかわり自由だったので白米のおかわりを注文。私の茶碗を持っていき、新しい茶碗に入れてくれるのかな〜と思いきや茶碗を炊飯器の前に放置し、他のお客さんの対応をし始めました。それだけならまだいいのですが、おかわりした白米がきたところ使用済みの茶碗でした。暇そうな時ならまだ良いけれど、忙しそうな日にまた同じ茶碗でおかわりをいれるのは本当に私の茶碗？間違えてない？と不安になりました。もうひとつはテキパキしているのは良いのですが、店員さん達の接客が良いとは言えない...。隣の卓のお客さんのオーダーミスをしたにも関わらず「正しいものを持ってくればいいんでしょう」精神で謝りもせず威圧的な態度でした。多くのお客さんが、店員さん達が忙しくイライラしてる雰囲気を感じている様子でした。人手不足で大変なのは分かりますが、接客態度の改善をした方が良いと思います。味は美味しいからもったいない I ordered a set meal of Atka mackerel.
