また、希望条件が細かかったにも関わらず、合った物件を何軒か紹介して頂いて、選択肢があったことが嬉しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件探しで数ある不動産会社の中から「アパマン草加店」に絞ったのは大正解でした。迅速丁寧なのは勿論、言うがもながで、こちらが求めるものを事前に察知して常に先回りして情報を提示してくれる素早さ、行き届いた細やかな配慮。一番驚かされたのは、実際の物件下見の際の対応でした。良いことばかりを強調したくなるのが営業マンの常だと思うのですが、マイナスポイントも住む人の身になってプロの視点から率直にアドバイスして下さる姿勢には感服。理想と現実の狭間でどこに妥協すべきか、重要な判断材料を提供して下さった担当の井手さんには感謝です。これからもよろしくね！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗で物件の客付と管理を以前依頼していましたが、入居者様のクリーニング費用で浴室ガラスのウロコ汚れを取り、家主には通常のクリーニングではウロコ汚れが取れないのでガラス交換になりますと説明をされ何度もガラス交換代を支払い交換してましたが、実際は入居者様のクリーニング費用でウロコ汚れを落として、家主はウロコ汚れが取れないと嘘をついて費用を請求してきます。
物件の管理担当者にも売上ノルマがあり、家主に嘘をつきお金を取れる家主からも嘘をついてまでお金を取る一般常識のない詐欺会社です。
本社の責任者に説明をしたところ、貴方はどうしたいんですか？って言われ呆れてしまいました。
謝罪の言葉もありません。それがアパマンショップのやり方です。
会社としても人としても酷い会社なので、みなさん気をつけてください。
おそらく入居者様にも消毒代など、ただスプレー缶をまくだけの費用も高額請求していると思います。
所有している物件には、こんな詐欺会社に客付してもらうとトラブルになるのでお断りしてます。
