★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西口店と物件や従業員を共有しています。こちらで契約しても西口と従業員や物件の管理は一緒なのでお気をつけください。コールセンターも全く役に立たない最悪な会社でした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての一人暮らしで物件を探していたのですが、接客自体は丁寧で凄く良かったです。
ただ、気に入った物件があって、そこで契約し、いざ入居！という日に、真下の部屋からかなり大きな奇声と言葉が判別出来ない怒鳴り声が近所中に響き、我慢出来ずに警察に通報する事態になりました。
その1週間後、またしても同様の奇声が聴こえたので大家さんに確認した所、「かなり長い事住んでいてずっとこの調子で、他の住民からも苦情は貰ってますが、強制退去に出来ない。その変わり家賃を安くしてるから勘弁してくれ。音に関しては各人でどうにかしろ。自分は都内で家族の介護をしてるから直接見に行けない。」と呆れた返答が。
しかも下の階の頭おかしい人以外も遠慮なくバッタンバッタンと物音を立てて来る。
人生初の一人暮らしでしたが、これ以上無いくらい最低な体験です。
問題のある住人が居るのなら予め伝えないと法的にアウトなのでは？
エイブル側は知っていたのかどうかは知りませんが、こんな大家の管理する物件を紹介するのだから何も信用出来ない。

I can't do it. Instead, I'm lowering the rent, so please forgive me. Please do something about the sound. I'm caring for my family in Tokyo, so I can't go to see it directly. "
Besides, people other than the crazy people on the lower floors do not hesitate to make noises.
It was the first time I lived alone in my life, but it was the worst experience I could ever have.
If there is a resident with a problem, isn't it legally out if you don't tell in advance?
I don't know if Able knew it, but I can't trust anything because I'm introducing a property managed by such a landlord.

エイブルは基本、自社物しか紹介しないから、物件のデメリットは教えてくれません。
新人なのか、適当なこと言う女の営業もいるし、あてにならない…
