★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数回利用、毎回思うが注文から提供までの時間がやたら長い。久しぶりに行くとデリバリー注文オーダー優先で来店客への対応、提供が厳かになっていると更に感じた。また、厨房からもデリバリーのオーダー、スタッフへの指示声が大きく不快で挙句、店内注文客へはお待ちくださいしか聞こえない、待てと連呼され、先にも述べたがデリバリー注文優先としか思えない対応に不快、ゆっくりと食事に来てホスト側の忙しさをアピールされるとゲスト側は食事どころではない

久しぶりの『やまとなでしこ藤が丘店』 しゃぶしゃぶが美味しいお店で
前にも利用させてもらっていました。 今回なんだかメニューが変わった気が
したので店員さんに聞くと、料理内容を一新したとのこと。。
天ぷらがオススメで、美味しいのでと笑顔で勧められ注文！！
『大根の天ぷら』『トマトモッツァレラ』『パクチーかき揚げ』などの変わりダネや
カボチャやナス・シイタケなどの定番天ぷらも数多くありました。
その中から、5品天ぷらを選び、刺身の盛り合わせとビールを注文。
先ずは、ビールをゴクリ＾＾ 幸せ～ ふた口目のビールに口を付けたところで
お刺身盛り合わせが登場！！（速っ） 凄い盛りなので写メ
そして（旨っ） 天ぷらも衣パリパリ系でgood 胃もたれしないさっぱり天です。
メニューが変わっても、しゃぶしゃぶも健在だったのでよかった＾＾
ごちそうさまでした。

・角ハイは角瓶の在庫が切れて酒屋に買いに出ていたのかと思ってしまった。
・ビールサーバーが壊れて直しているのかと思ってしまった。
・ウーロンハイも、炭酸水が切れてコンビニに買いに出ていたのかと思ってしまった。
・あん肝ポン酢は美味しかった
・刺身盛り合わせも新鮮で美味しかった
総じて料理は平均点以上なので安心できます。
コロナ下で大変なのは分かりますが、入った途端に時間がかかると言われるよりも、最初からメニューを厳選しておばんざいとおすすめチラシだけで提供してもらった方が清々しいと思います。

ただ、この時期のせいで入客が多く望めないせいか、メニューの品数はかなり減らされています。
通常のグランドメニューは置いてあるものの、焼き物・煮物など、グランドメニューの中から1.2品のみ手書きのオススメメニューに書かれていて、それ以外のメニューは(グランドメニューに載っていても)出来ないそうです。＊天ぷらはグランドメニューに載っているもの全て対応
豚しゃぶは鍋の出汁が味濃いめ。
付け汁も味濃いめ。
でも、小口切りのネギと大根おろしたっぷり入れて(だいぶ薄まるw)食べるのがヘルシーでお気に入りです。
塩大福モナカは、普通の最中にバニラアイス&生クリームが挟まれてるだけで大福感はゼロでした?残念。
店員さんの接客⭕️
即答できない事があっても厨房に確認して頑張って対応してくれるその姿勢がとても感じ良い?頑張ってほしいなーって思います。
駅前の店舗なので駐車場は無い様子。
ちょくちょくお邪魔したいので、提携などのサービスがあると有難いなぁ(個人的な願望です)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日Uberで利用。まぐろ丼は筋だらけで余り物を押し付けられた感がありましたが、天ぷらは美味しかったのでテイクアウトを注文しようと電話をしました。男性の店員さんが電話に出ました。
ホットペッパーに書いてあるメニューを注文すると、店員さんはそのメニューを把握しておらず、「何見て注文してます？」と聞かれ。この店大丈夫か？とその時点で少し不安に。
注文が終わり、取りに行くために「何分くらいで出来ますか？」と聞くと、「30分くらいじゃないですかねえ？」と他人事な返事が…。ここでも不安になったので「一番遅いと何時にできますか？」と聞くと「20時くらいですねえ、お店混んでるので」と言われ…。
この時点で17:45。30分後に出来上がると思って18:15に取りに行って、20時まで待たされる可能性が！？！？
この時点で不安が最高潮になり、こちらからお断りしました。。。
そんなにお客さんが待っててくれると思ってたんですかね…？怖いお店…。
店舗にも何度か伺ったこともありましたが、今後は行く気にならないし、テイクアウトも頼みません。
よく知人に藤が丘でおすすめのお店、そうでない店を聞かれるんですが、そうでない店として紹介せざるを得ないです(^_^;)
あ、ついでに筋だらけのまぐろ丼の写真も貼っておきます〜。
クチコミを見てても良い評価には店舗からの返信を書き、悪い評価はほぼスルー。ここでも接客レベルが良くわかりますね。
