宮本ではなく、堂島グラッチェと云うイタメシ屋です。目立たない店だけどリーズナブル。

ミシュラン掲載店は全国各地かなり食べ歩いています。 そのうえでの個人的な感想です。 ロコミ評価が良かったので期待していましたが、正直こちらのお店は行って良かったとは思えません た。 最初に気になったのは店員さんのドリンクの注ぎ方とグラスの置き方。 勢いよく注がれグラスをドンと置かれた時はビックリしました。 お店はカウンター席しかありません。カウンターのすぐ目の前には常に店員さんが立っていて常連さんと ずっと会話をされていました。 隣に座っていれば聞きたくなくても会話が嫌でも耳に入ってきてしまうわけですが、うーん、店員さんが 話されてる内容がちょっと。なんだか気分が悪くなりました。 早く帰りたいなあと思いつつ料理を待ちました。 これといって特別美味しかったとか感動したと思うような品も特になく、 会計はコース料金に加えサービス料と税とドリンクがどの位かかったのか明細はわかりませんが、想像し ていたより高かったです。 ちなみに店員さんだけでなく大将の態度も不快でした。 ミシュラン掲載店のお店でこんな気持ちになった事は今まで一度もなかったので良い勉強になりました。 食事が終わった後はすごく嫌な気持ちで皆お店を出ました。 なんだかすごく残念な食事会となりました。

宮本さんの常連の方に連れて行って頂いたのですが素直に感じたまま書きます。お店の雰囲気は派手で無く入ったときの印象は良。器も凝っていますが食べる側からしては器が少し仰々しいかな?とも。当日のお料理は緩急が無く味も正直ボヤっとでした。ガツンと打たれるものは全く無く平坦でお腹は満たされてもココロはと言う感じです。これは食べる側の舌なので人によっては感じ方が違うと思いますが後に連れて行って頂いた方からもその日の料理に関して同じ意見を述べられてました。それより女将さんに飲み物を注いで頂いてる時の事なのですが違うお客様と話をしながら余所見のまま片手で注がれました。この時点で僕としてはサービス業としては無いなと終わりました。ただ若手の料理人さん2人は非常に丁寧で良い感じでした。以上個人的な意見として書き込ませて頂きます。あと一つ、実は連れて行って頂いた後にミシュランを取ってると知り…。

There are 3 things to eat while in Osaka: Takoyaki, Okonomitaki and a 10 course set menu at Miyamoto. Miyamoto serves a traditional and inventive sensory experience with equal importance to fish and seasonal greens. Every serving is framed by an eclectic mix of hand picked Japanese ceramics and French crystal (all sourced with extremely good taste by chef Daisuke himself). The staff is very attentive, relaxed and helpful bringing out Japanese ingredients dictionaries to help with the translation of ingredients in each course. The interior is a chapter on its own and it would be worth going to Miyamoto just to experience the perfectly curated space. The space and the food reflect a similar approach; minimal, light and subtle with few carefully placed bolder details. Such a beautiful place!
