★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客様とクエ鍋を会食。クエは天然長崎県五島列島産を堪能しました。部屋は基本禁煙ですが個室では電子タバコはOKでしたよ。
 Dinner with customers and quenabe. Que enjoyed the natural Goto Islands from Nagasaki Prefecture. The room is basically non-smoking, but the electronic cigarette was OK in the private room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都心で伝統的な土佐料理が食べれる貴重なお店。
カンブリアを観て気になっていたので、ディナーに訪問。
カツオをがっつり食べたかったので、事前に塩タタキとお刺身を予約。
当日でも大丈夫だったみたいですが、数量が限られるので、食べたい人は予約した方が無難みたいです。
肝心の味はというと、歴史があるお店だけあって、とても美味しかったです。
高知県で食べたカツオとほぼ同じクオリティーが食べれます。
特に刺身の鮮度が高く、カツオ独特の臭みをほとんど感じさせないレベルでした。
また、ウツボのタタキがオススメです。
唐揚げは一般的ですが、タタキで出せるという事は、鮮度がいい証ではないでしょうか。
反面、オススメされた仁淀川の鮎は残念な味でした。
冷凍されていたのか、鮎独特のホクホク感はなかったです。
鮎が微妙だったので星4。
値段は高めですが、それ以外は高レベルなので、オススメです。

I was interested in watching Cambria, so I visited for dinner.
I wanted to eat bonito, so I booked salted sea bream and sashimi in advance.
It seems to have been ok on the day, but because the quantity is limited, it seems safer to make a reservation if you want to eat.
The most important taste was that there were only shops with a history and it was very delicious.
You can eat almost the same quality as the bonito you ate in Kochi Prefecture.
The freshness of the sashimi was particularly high, and the odor of bonito was almost unnoticeable.
We also recommend the moray eel.
Deep-fried food is common, but being able to put out with Tatsuki is a good proof of freshness.
On the other hand, the recommendation of the Niyodo River was a disappointing taste.
It was frozen, and there wasn't a unique sensation.
Star 4 because the cocoon was subtle.
The price is high, but the rest is high, so it is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カツオのたたきはスーパーで売られてるやつを炙り直したみたいなレベルの味です。ぶっちゃけまずいです。
本当に美味しいカツオのたたきを食べたいなら、ここではなく「土佐清水ワールド 」または 新大阪の「ヤナケンブー」 というお店をおすすめします！
Katsuo no tataki tastes like a re-cooked one sold at a supermarket. It's awkward.
If you want to eat really delicious bonito flakes, we recommend the restaurant "Tosa Shimizu World" or "Yanakenbu" in Shin-Osaka instead!

もっと広い感じだったような気がする、
接客も丁寧で良い感じです。
カツオのタタキの定食わ食べましたが、なかなか良いクオリティでした、
今回は、とびっきり可愛い若い彼女が一緒に行ってくれたので余計に美味しかったのだと思います。
高層階からの眺めもとても良い副菜になります。
夜景をバックにまた行ってみたいですね、
もちろん、今日の彼女と一緒にね?

阪急での買い物中に妻が約35年前に行った事をふと思い出して夕食で訪れました。客層としては落ち着いた方が多く、妻とゆっくり食事を楽しめました。どれもおいしかった✨

While shopping at Hankyu, I suddenly remembered what my wife had done about 35 years ago and visited for dinner. Many of the customers were calm and enjoyed a relaxing meal with my wife. Everything was delicious ✨
