一つ一つ丁寧な仕事振りが伺えます。秋を五感で楽しめました。
日本酒も今をときめく入手困難な物からこだわりのものまで、料理に合うものをたくさん取り揃えられており、食べて飲んで、これだけの料理と設えなのに敷居が低くく大満足。

これぞ日本・懐石料理店！と言える時間が過ごせるお店だと思います。
お店に入ると、清々しいヒノキの香りが漂い、狭いながらもシンプルで品のある空間が広がっています。
印象に残ったのはお造り。
鮮度任せにしすぎず、また、変に熟成しすぎず、そして魚の組み合わせも奇をてらいすぎず、とても丁度良い塩梅のものが頂けました。
人気の鮨屋で食べられるお造りと比べても、遜色ない美味しさだったと思います。
〆の土鍋炊きご飯、ランチの時間は炊き込みご飯であることが多いとの事。
理由は、ランチの主要客である女性が、炊き込みご飯を喜ばれることが多いから、だそうです。
刺激的なものを望む人には向かないかもしれませんが、
真っ当で丁寧な懐石料理を望む人、また、ランチでそういった料理を楽しみたい人にオススメします。

なかなか予約が取れないお店とのことでした。
場所も知ってる人じゃないと行かない場所だと思います。
個室で頂きました。
ゆっくりお食事をすることができました。
最後のごはんは食べきれなかったので、持ち帰り用に包んで頂きました。
エレベーターで1階へあがると
驚くことに接客してくださった方が、(地下にお店があるので)外に居てお見送りをしてくださいました。
サービスやおもてなしに関しても、さりげない気配りでとても勉強になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏の暑いのは仕方がないにしても、体温まで気温が上昇して酷暑となった一日。日本の大阪レベルで、体温まで気温が上がるのは、もうオカシイとしか言いようがないです。せめて３０度で止まって欲しいのになあ。８月はどうなっちゃうのでしょう。怖いですね。
そんな中、お食事会のためにお出かけ。向かったのは、有名どころ是しんさん。ポーションは小さいですが、色々と食べたのでお腹いっぱい！お料理出てくるのがちょっと遅いのが難点ですが、安定したお味で満足でした。また内容が変わったら、利用しようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行っても安定した美味しさに感激。旬の食材はもちろん掛け軸、お花、花器、季節のお道具にも細やかな心遣いが感じられ落ち着いて食事できる。食器やお酒の品揃えもいい。大将に酒の好みを伝えると2〜3種類持ってきてくれ細かく説明してくれる。リタイアした身なのでお昼に行くことが多いが、料理は夜に比べても全く遜色ない。ここは誰にも教えたくない一軒だが今日は酔った勢いで書いてしまった?

北新地から道路一本はさんで、こんな所にってとこにあります。
店内は迷路の様になってて、個室がいくつかあってカウンターは6席で接待には使いやすそう。
ランチで初訪問。
四季に合わせた料理がでてきて、このクオリティーでこのコスパはヤバいー！
夜も今度来てみよう！
