電話で修理をお願いしたいとお伝えした後、正常に起動できなくなったデスクトップパソコンの本体を持って修理にお伺いしました。
電話での対応も非常に丁寧で、初めてのことなので不安もありましたが、何を持っていけばいいか、どれくらい費用がかかるかなど、親切に教えていただきました。
早速お店の方へ伺いましたら直ぐに対応して頂けました。お店のモニター等に繋げたところ特に異常なく起動したので驚いたのですが、考えられる原因を分かりやすく教えて頂きました。
さらに嬉しかったのが、グラフィックドライバーが正常に認識されていないのを直して頂けただけでなく、不具合が起きて正常にインストール出来なかったソフトウェアもその場でインストールした後動作確認までして頂けました。感激です。
メーカーの修理代理店へ依頼すれば数万円でデータが全削除されるところでしたが、中古パソコン市場さんのおかげで2200円で即日その場で全て解決出来ました。感謝しています。

で、もう1台は高価いので1年前にここで6万円前後で買ったPCを下取り（買い取り）に持ち込むが、翌日以降に返事待ちということになりました。

新しいパソコン購入した場合、新たな登録、設定する必要無くて、初心者、仕事で使用する等割りきりならオススメです。
中古パソコンでも、バッテリー、ハード面でも新しい部品に付け替えて販売しているパソコンはお買い得ですね。
ただし、店員が1人しかいないため、電話中の場合しばらく待ってから、対応になるのが欠点かな…(^_^;)
