★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掃除機のパーツを取り寄せできるか確認してもらい、できるなら値段いくらか聞いてから注文しますということでお願いしました。翌日注文可能との回答が留守電にありました。後でかけ直したところ、｢もういちど来店して貰わないと注文できない｣と…そんなこと最初に言われてないし、と思いながら再度留守電を聞くと、｢ご来店かお電話でご注文を｣と入っており、結局もういちど電話して注文しました。受けた人が違うにしても、統一されてないし、連携もできてないし、最初注文出来ないと言われた時に、何故注文できないのか聞いても回答ももらえませんでした。出来ないなら出来ないで最初に説明すべきだし、聞かれたらなぜ出来ないのか説明もできるべき。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当たり外れはあるでしょうが、担当していただいた女性店員はあまり知識もなくお客様目線より自分の売上て感じが露骨にでて凄い気分を害した。
パソコンの事は分からない、初期設定も出来ないと言いながら早く決断してほしいのかこれがいいですよとか適当なこと言ってきたり、ウン十万する買物で10分ほど悩んでただけでどうしますか？と催促された。
そんな営業の仕方ないだろと思った。
大規模店なので品揃えはいいですが接客はヨドバシに負けてるかなー。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電気ケトルとオーブントースターの福袋を買いました。レジの時に間違えて会計が高くなりましたが、伝えると直ぐに対応してくれました。その人は研修中だったので、別のレジに連れて行かれずっと待たされました。その間、研修中の人に長々と失敗を責めているようでした。客対応をせずです。さっさと返金して商品が欲しいのに。そちらの話はそちらでって感じです。研修中って事は、指導者が居るはずですよね。でも、研修中の人だけが深々と頭を下げて謝罪されました。違いますよね。指導者の責任です。ちゃんと指導してあげなかったんですから。と、おもいました。後味の悪い買い物でした。
