同じく宮城ふるさとプラザ一階のずんだシェイクをいただいた後、そのまま牛タンも続けて堪能しようとお邪魔したら、席を案内される際、手に持っていたカップを見て「うちでは持ち込みはできない」（その後よく見たら飲み終えてることに気づいて）頼んでもないのに「今回に限り特別にこちらで捨ててあげます」と。
過去に持ち込みするマナーの悪い客がいたのかもしれません。勘違いは仕方ないですが、間違ったらすみませんで普通に接客してくれれば良いのに。しかも、他店でなく同館で購入したシェイク（の飲み終わり）ですからね。
席案内されたけれどあんまりにも嫌だったのでお店を出ました。奥の男性の料理人さんがこちらを見て申し訳なさそうな顔で「ありがとうございました」と言ってくださったのは良かった。
人生初めての牛タン屋さんは辛くて悲しい思い出になりました。宮城のイメージアップの使命も背負ってるはず。どうかしっかりしていただきたい。

I was guided to a seat, but I didn't like it so much, so I left the shop. It was good that the male cook in the back looked at me and said "Thank you" with an apologetic look.
The first beef tongue shop in my life was a painful and sad memory. It should also carry the mission of improving the image of Miyagi. Please be firm.

牛タンもテールスープもしょっぱい。
本場の味はこんな感じなのでしょうか。。。
ご飯の進む範囲の味を明らかに越えたしょっぱさにちょっとがっかり。

R4.3月に初訪問、塩味の芯たん定食を頂きました。
お肉(たん)は、程よい厚切りで柔らかく、お値段もリーズナブルです。

芯たん定食と牛タン定食あるが、芯たん定食はやはり柔らかい。
塩、味噌、柚子胡椒味あるが、塩が牛タンらしさを感じる。
スープもつけものも着くが旨い。
一階は、アンテナショップ 宮城県の米、酒、ずんだ餅などの名産品が購入できます。
