★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉の気分だったので入ってみた。ハラミステーキを頼んだがちょうど良い焼き加減で味も悪くない。ごはんと野菜は大盛り無料でガッツリ食べられるのが良い。次は牛焼きの方も食べてみたいところ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほうれん草乗せ、野菜増しを頂きました。最近出番が少くなったモヤシですが、栄養価の高さは群を抜いています。モヤシを生産を続けておられる農家様に感謝。

オーダーは肉大盛ご飯大盛野菜大盛だけど写真と違いすぎる。
牛焼き特製ソースがあったが何かしょっぱくてトンカツソース使う。
この時点で相当落ち込んだ。
皿ご飯なので箸しかないのでガッツリと食えない。
肉大盛でなかったら悲しい量に感じた。
食べることに関しては二度楽しめて満足、ご飯で肉野菜を食って、ご飯無くなったら和風パスタが待っている感じ。
親子で来たらオヤジがちょっと待ってろって言ってご飯と肉野菜食って、パスタ出てきたら交代って事は無いがそんな感じ。

今日は肉が食べたい。そんな気分で検索しヒットした店。
名前からガッリ肉を食えると期待が膨らむ。
入って左手に食券機。
「肉焼きほうれん草セット」をポチっ。
5分ほどで提供されます。
見た目はまさしく望んでいたビジュアル。
たっぷりのお肉で見た感じ200グラムはあるのでは！？食べられるかな！？
が、食べ始めるとお肉・・・少ない。
80クラム、いや、50クラムも無いか？
なぜなら、もりもりに見えるお肉は玉ねぎとパスタで底上げされ、お肉を上に乗せてある感じだった。
ほぼもやしとパスタと玉ねぎなのでコスパも良くない。
がっかり。これは☆1か2レベル。
しかし、途中から下の野菜とお肉を混ぜ合わせ【野菜炒め】のようにすると結構おいしいと 自分に言い聞かす。なんとか☆3まで上がる。
無理な話だが、きっとお店の名前が「牛焼き」ではなく「肉野菜炒め」で600円だったら納得していた。
