下調べもせずお昼に入っただるまやさん。看板にある割烹という文字にビビりながら入りましたが、お手頃な価格のメニューも多くひと安心。
名古屋のみそ文化圏で育ったので、トンカツにはみそが当たり前でしたが、伊那名物とのことで初のソースカツ丼に挑戦してみました。
結果、大正解！トンカツは分厚くジューシーであるにも関わらず、脂っこさは感じません。また、ご飯も艶々で、更にソースも濃すぎずカツ丼にピッタリ。あっという間に完食してしまいました。
食べていてすごく丁寧に作られたのが伝わってきたので、他の料理も間違いなく美味しいでしょう。また、お邪魔したいと思います。ご馳走さまでした！

Growing up in Nagoya's Miso culture area, miso was the norm for tonkatsu, but I tried the first source cutlet bowl with Ina specialty.
As a result, the correct answer! Despite being thick and juicy, the tonkatsu does not feel greasy. Also, the rice is glossy, and the sauce is not too thick, making it perfect for a cutlet bowl. I finished eating in no time.
The fact that it was eaten and made very carefully has been transmitted, so other dishes will definitely be delicious. I would also like to bother you. It was a feast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味、ボリューム共に大変美味しいです。ソースかつ丼は垂れが甘くも濃くもなくちょうどよい仕上がりで肉厚でカリカリ、私は好みです。数日後に注文した鉄火丼はマグロだけが載っていると思いきや、マグロの他にエビや他のネタまで載った、いわゆるチラシ寿司と変わらない丼に驚かされました。天丼は穴子を食べました。穴子と野菜が乗っていてボリュームあり。天ぷらの衣はしゃきしゃき感は無いのですが、垂れが旨い。
あと、最近は食べてないですが、卵とじかつ丼もおすすめです。高遠は蕎麦の店は多いですが、定食屋さんは少ない中でこの店は宣伝広告などアピールをもっとされたらと思えるくらい美味しい店です。
Both taste and volume are very delicious. The sauce and katsudon are thick and crispy with just the right finish, neither sweet nor thick, and I like it. I thought that the tuna bowl I ordered a few days later had only tuna, and I was surprised at the bowl that was the same as the so-called chirashizushi, which had shrimp and other ingredients in addition to tuna. Tendon ate conger eel. There is a lot of conger eel and vegetables on it. The tempura batter doesn't feel crispy, but the dripping is delicious.
Also, I haven't eaten recently, but I also recommend the egg-shaped katsudon. There are many soba restaurants in Takato, but there are few set meal restaurants, but this restaurant is so delicious that you can make more appeals such as advertising.
