Char siu wonton noodles 1100 yen. Char siu tanmen should be ordered, but a painful order mistake! Wonton, char siu and soup have no presence! I like powdery thin noodles, naruto, peas, seaweed, green onions, and the atmosphere of the restaurant ?

【木曜日昼】最強のタンメン?ここにあり。
西荻窪にあるはつねさん。
食べログのラーメン百名店にも掲載されている、タンメンが有名なお店です。
No.1のタンメン屋さんとの呼び声も高いです。
15:30前頃に訪問。
外待ち3名。
注文制です。
タンメン(750円)
チャーシュー入り(350円)
をオーダー。
注文を受けてからマスターがチャーシューを切り、丁寧に筋を取って隠し包丁を入れていきます。
野菜も目の前で炒められていきます。
そして着丼。
見た目はシンプルですが、一口スープを飲むと旨味がすごい。
チャーシューもとても味が染みていて絶品。さらに追加したいくらい。
麺はやや縮れているもちもちの麺。
人気の理由がわかる気がします。
野菜たっぷりなので日々のラーメン生活の罪悪感を少し軽減してくれる、そんなタンメン。
とっても美味しかったです。

Tanmen is a famous restaurant that is listed in Tabelog's 100 famous ramen restaurants.
It is also called the No. 1 tanmen shop.
Visited around 15:30.
3 people waiting outside.
It is an order system.
Tanmen (750 yen)
With char siu (350 yen)
Order.
After receiving the order, the master cuts the char siu, carefully strips it and inserts a hidden knife.
Vegetables are also fried in front of you.
And donburi.
It looks simple, but the taste is amazing when you drink a bite of soup.
The char siu is also very tasty and exquisite. I want to add more.
The noodles are chewy and slightly curly.
I think you can see why it's so popular.
Tanmen is full of vegetables, so it reduces the guilt of everyday ramen life.
It was very delicious.
It was a treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best tanmen in Japan, hands down. Each bowl is meticulously made to order so will take a while if you arrive late and see a line of ten or more. Expect up to an hour possibly more. Only fits six so be patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot give them more than three desipte the place being small and cozy -very old-fashioned- and run by a very nice couple. Foodwise didn’t feel that special, had the chashumen and it lacked flavor.
