3-4年前に1度食べて以来、久しぶりの訪問。 前回の記録がないので、ある程度美味しかった印象くらいしかない… 定番の濃菜麺820円にカラベジ100円で計920円。 食券を渡すと、ランチサービスでライスかジロ飯がつくというので、迷わずジロ飯を。 着丼するとカラベジとジロ飯でかぶった感じだけど仕方ない。 カラベジを入れる前は、スープはとろみがあり濃厚だけど味はマイルド、でもそれだけの印象。 それが、入れた後はさらに濃厚になり、辛みやフライドガーリックが追加されてパンチのある好みの美味しさに変身した。 麺は太麺でコシがあり、好きなタイプ。 ただ、ジロ飯にも背脂がかかっているので全体にはちょっとヘビー過ぎたかな。 いつも美味しいスープは完飲する派だけど、少しジロ飯にかけて食べ切ったら残りのスープを飲めなかった。 トッピングに興味がないけど、野菜がすごくシャキシャキしていたのに加え、チャーシューは感動レベル! 鶏胸肉と豚だと思うけど、どちらも低温調理の見本のような美味しさで、その柔らかさとそれぞれ違う美味しさったら…もっと人気がありそうなRAGEとかよりずーっと美味しかったです。 どっちが先かは知らないけど。 満席で人気があるのは分かり、接客も普通にいい感じ。キャッシュしか使えないのはマイナスだけど、もっと人気が出てもいいと思う。 色々試せるのでまた来ます。

I think it's chicken breast and pork, but both are delicious like a sample of low-temperature cooking, and if they taste different from their softness ... It was much more delicious than RAGE, which seems to be more popular. I don't know which one comes first. I understand that it is full and popular, and the customer service is usually good. いくつかの店舗を構える有名かつ安定感のある麺屋。濃厚な味であり、麺も絡み付く感じで、満足感がすごくオススメ。写真は坦々系、辛さは通常だとだいぶ辛いので、苦手な方でなくても、辛さに強い方じゃないとキツいかも。店員さんが丁寧に話してくれるので安心。また麺もおいしいが、二郎飯?なるものが非常においしい。むしろこれを丼物で肉などトッピングされてれば、それだけでもメニューになる。ぜひ白飯じゃなくて、こちらを食べてほしい。

「なごみの湯」に行く前に小腹が空いたのでラーメンを食うことに。 「荻窪」のラーメンということで、と「ホープ軒」に行こうとしたが、Googleマップで検索すると「濃菜麺」という一目で濃厚さが伝わる店名が目に飛び込んできた。 口コミの写真を見ていくと、ドロドロな濃厚なスープに、大量の味付けヤサイ、そして二郎系を彷彿とさせるジロめしという、なんともパンチのあるバラエティ豊かな品揃えで、来店を決意。 入店すると、メニューが豊富で券売機の前で迷ったが「濃菜麺(820円)」とランチタイムサービスで「ジロめし」、そして「はしっこチャーシュー(100円)」をオーダー。 待つこと10分弱。 ほぼ同時にオーダーしたもの全て着丼。 まずスープを一口。 すごい。 なんだか味噌ラーメンのスープを吸ってるような味わいで、とにかく濃厚な豚骨感だけでなく、ヤサイも煮込まれたポタージュのようなとにかく優しい味わいのドロドロスープで美味しい。 チャーシューも赤身もあってフレッシュな味わいで、鶏チャーシューまでも入っている。 両方ともにスープに浸して食べると美味で、ヤサイもちゃんと味付けされていて最高。 はしっこチャーシューもおつまみみたいな味わいで、これで100円なのはかなりお得。 麺は角がたった歯応えのある感じで、スープによく絡まり美味しい。 二郎のあの腹パン具体までは当然行かないけど、具材が豊富でボリューム満点で満足で、次々と箸が進む。 肝心の「ジロめし」は、ヤサイの上に背脂がかったご飯なだけで、名前負けしてる感じでとても二郎感は感じられないけど、ここにスープと混ぜて食べると完全にとべる、とんだ。 偶然Googleマップでヒットして来店したけど、とても満足した味わいで今度はぜひ別のメニューも食べたいなと思った。 ごっそれい!

2種類のチャーシューがとにかく美味しい。 ドロドロ濃厚!を期待して行ったけど、比較的あっさりしていた。汁単品だと物足りないが、辛ベジを乗せるとパンチが出て良い感じ。 量が食べられないので、ミニ麺にしてジロ飯を注文出来るのは嬉しい。
Two kinds of char siu are delicious anyway. Muddy rich! I went there in anticipation of it, but it was relatively light. The soup alone isn't enough, but when you put a spicy veg on it, it gives a good punch. I can't eat the amount, so I'm glad that I can order Jiro rice as mini noodles.

濃野麺にカラベジ(辛味噌野菜)を追加していただきました。煮込みラーメンかと思うとろりとした食感に辛さが加わって少し中途半端な味に感じました。2種類のチャーシューはとても美味しかったです。 昆布水のつけ麺を試してみたいです。

肉辛辛なんとかを頼みました。 他でも皆さん書かれてますが、普通でも結構辛い。どれくらいかと言うと、中本のレベル6-7くらい。辛いのは好きだけど、特に得意では無いと言う人(私)がギリギリ味を楽しめる。でもできればもう少しマイルドな方が、より味を楽しめるといった辛さのレベルです。 肝心の味ですが、スープ自体はめちゃくちゃ美味しいし、麺も太くてポキポキでめちゃくちゃ美味い。 中本のもっと美味しいバージョン、二郎の麺と言った感じでしょうか。 これはいい店を見つけました! お勧めもできるし、自分でも必ず再訪します。

Compared to their Nerima shop, it is more spacious, brighter and fairly new. I ordered their tsukemen and their meat bowl. Their soup is fairly the same and they have more variety with their chashu, but their meat just tasted like cold cuts on a charcuterie plate served in rice and noodles. They could improve, but for now their Nerima shop is far superior with regards to taste.
