41年前の昭和55年(記憶では初夏だったかな)のオープン日から通っています(広島に住んでいない時期あったため20年くらい空白あり)。当時は蕎麦も提供されていて蕎麦も美味かった。うどんは今も美味いが当時は太麺でかなり弾力があり個人的にはそちらの方が好きでした。当時は国泰寺高校生だったため昼食時は抜け出して良く食べに行っていたものです。サッカー部でしたが出場した大会のテレビ中継を観て「この前の試合で点取っとったね」と気さくに声掛けて頂いた店主が良い人で懐かしく思います。因みに当時は原チャリのタクトで通勤されてましたが、今はベンツSクラスかな?

讃岐うどんのほどにコシは無い、麺も太くないです。かけだしはあっさり広島うどん…お持ち帰りもあります!

何年も通ってる安くてうまい店。 トッピングはかきあげがオススメ。 ↑上記は元祖たかもりの感想。 新しいたかもりになってから2回ほど行ってみたが、元祖と比較して麺が柔らくなっている気がする。つゆも微妙に違っている気も。あとこれはどうしようもないけどおばちゃんがいないのが寂しい。思い入れのある店だが、★5から★4に修正。

初めて食べましたが、これぞ広島らしい手打ちうどんだな!と大変美味しかったです。 広島生まれ広島育ちで柔らかいうどんや細うどんに慣れ親しんだ口にはどストライクの食感の手打ちうどんでした。 讃岐うどん程コシが強いわけでもなく、しかし手打ちだから中心部分にはしっかりコシがあり。 麺の外側は少し柔らかくもなっていて、それがまた平打ち麺を食べてるような感触でもあり・・・なんとも言えず好み。 お出汁も当然いりこ出汁で優しい味わい。 かきあげも頂きましたが、小エビの味が効いててこれも美味しい。 個人的な意見ですが、広島人にはいりこ出汁にやおめのうどん! コレ、30代になってしみじみ思う。 また近所に用事が出来たら、昼前狙って行こうっと♪

店主が引退、閉店?という話を聞き、「むむ」と思っていたところ、新しい人が引き継ぎ、場所もシステムも店員さんもそのままでした。。 讃岐うどんらしく、もちもち、腰のある麺に鰹だしが絡みます。うどん一本がびっくりするほど長いんですよ。 打ち立て、切り立て、茹でたてが食べれます。あったかと冷や(ざるうどん風)の2種。サイズは小、中、大の3種類。 トッピングも、かき揚げ(海老かき揚げ)、野菜天(野菜かき揚げ)等揚げたてで、外はカリカリ、中はジューシーです。 有名な◯亀製麺は安いと言うけれど、トッピングを加えると結構高くなるんですよね。 ここは安い、早い、うまいの三拍子❗ 麺は前よりばらつきがなくなって細くなったかなあ?ばらつきも触感の違いのある味が出ていたのですが、、 これからも引き続き、多くの人に愛されるお店です\(^_^)/

セルフ式のうどん屋さんです。昔からある人気店のようです。ちくわ天がサクサクして美味しかったです。出汁は薄めだと思います。自分で出汁やネギを入れるので自由に調節できます。麺は讃岐うどんのように弾力があります。中でもボリュームがあるように感じました。
