m	matsumoto kouichi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフ全員がぶっかけ釜太郎というキャラクターのユニフォームを着ているので、それが店名だと見事に勘違いしてましたが、ぶっかけ釜太郎はお店のイメージキャラクターの名前で（笑）店名は釜八だと広島滞在最終日に知りました！（笑）店内はいたって普通のセルフ式さぬきうどん店で揚げ玉やネギ、ゴマ、生姜等は入れ放題。天ぷらや、サイドメニューも好きなだけ選べます。この日は生醤油うどん等をおねがいして、お会計して着席します。さぬきうどんって出汁やその他の事も重要だけどやっぱり麺が命だと思うんです。最初に一口食べた瞬間、正直ぶっ飛びました。コシの強さ、モチモチ感、見た目、味… 全てが初めての体験です。本場では食べた事がないのでこんなの当たり前と言われてしまうのかもしれませんが、私が食べてきた今までのさぬきうどんとは全く違うものでした。調べると毎日香川の某有名店から麺を送ってもらってるそうで、この美味しさに納得です。大好きだった汁なし担々麺の店、座・中村がないなら広島出張のご飯はここばっかりでもいいと思うくらい衝撃的で美味しいお店でした。 All the staff members have a character called Bukkake Kamataro I ’m wearing a uniform, so it ’s a great name.
