★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かき揚げ丼がめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、何度も通いました。転勤して行けなくなってからも食べたくて仕方ありません。
細かく切ったお野菜が甘くて、コシのあるうどんとのセットで食べると大満足です。
お店の方もご夫婦でされていて、とても親切でした。また広島に行ったときは必ず寄りたいです。
The kakiage don was so delicious that I went there many times. I can't help eating even after I can't move to another place.
The vegetables that are finely chopped are sweet, and I am satisfied when I eat them with a set of udon with a firm texture.
The shop was also a couple, and it was very kind. When I go to Hiroshima again, I definitely want to stop by.

おうどんはこしがあり、お汁も美味しゅうございました。にくタマ丼は意外に量があり、おじさん腹いっぱいでした。
I had a Nikutama bowl set.
The udon noodles were chewy and the soup was delicious. The Nikutama-don was surprisingly large and my uncle was full.

にくタマ丼は甘辛く煮た牛肉が卵とじされており、万人が好きな味です。
うどんは出汁が上品で、大豆を出汁をとるのに使ってると書いてありました。江田島の豆ヶ島にもそのようなうどんがありましたね。
麺はエッジが立っていてややコシがありますが、塩味は気になりませんでした。ミニうどんと言ってもそこまで小さくなかったので大変満足しました。あと、何気にお茶が旨かったです。
カレーうどんや自家製ババロアも気になりますし、再訪したいです。

The noodles have a sharp edge and are a little chewy, but I didn't mind the saltiness. Even though it was a mini udon, it wasn't that small, so I was very satisfied. Also, the tea was delicious.
I am also interested in curry udon and homemade bavarois, and I would like to visit again.
