K	Kelly Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful ramen! The broth is so flavorful and special. It was quite different than any other ramen broth I've had before. It tasted homemade! The pork was incredible too! Melt in your mouth tender and very flavorful!

The fish broth is unique but well balanced and not overpowering or unpleasant. The noodles are firm and thin but deliver a flavorful punch and mouthfeel. Unlike many ramen shops, the pork here is not an afterthought - it is flaky, tender, and juicy. Parking lot immediately next door makes it convenient for driving. We will be back!

I had chicken, pork and fish stock ramen with chashu (pork stewed in soy sauce), nori (seaweed), menma (bamboo shoots) and a flavoured egg with a small chashu rice side dish. 10/10. Wish I could have that for lunch every day!
F	Flavio Kaminishi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome ramen. One of the best that I tried. They personalize your broth, noodle thickness as you like. Every ingredient is fresh and choose carefully. The finalization and presentation is awesome as well. Definitely my favorite place around.

Got the Hanabi ramen and it's easily one of the best on flavor alone compared to some more famous places in the Tokyo metro area. The chasu isn't the best I've had, but the tenderness and flavor is up there. I wonder if it was smoked a bit. I couldn't tell from the cut used. If I'm not mistaken, the noodles are boiled in the fish broth, not water. If so, it explains another depth of flavor. I'd go into the tare and oil, but I don't think I want to give all this guy's secrets from what I've seen. Easy to miss if you're taking public transport to the big Buddha. Don't. Just walk it and you'll find small shops like this worth checking out. Definitely visit this while you're in Kamakura.
