The excitement of eating in Fukuoka has revived. I think that Morioka has a lot of Hakata ramen that is rather light, but this one is a little thicker and I think it feels oily. But it's not tedious, it's just one ball. The char siu is thick, soft and full of umami, which is also delicious. I had mentaiko rice. Mentaiko is spicy cod roe, which is plentiful. N	North of Japan (IWATE) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まるひでらーめん ¥700 替玉 ¥150 豚骨ラーメンが食べたくなって行きました。濃厚な豚骨スープと極細麺が美味しいです。岩手でよくあるラーメンとは全く違う味が楽しめることが、素晴らしいです。麺の量は少なめで、盛岡のラーメンとしては安価なので、替玉をする人が多いです。替玉はカタを選びましたが、並のほうが個人的には好きで、スープと麺の絡みが良いような気がしました。お冷はレモン水で、レモンが結構強いです。カウンター席は3席のみで、満席なら1人でもテーブル席に案内されます。店舗専用の駐車場はないようです。隣のコインパーキングは30分100円なので、三井のリパーク盛岡肴町第3駐車場(19時以降60分100円)に停めました。 Maruhide Ramen ¥ 700 Spare ball ¥ 150 I wanted to eat tonkotsu ramen. I chose Kata as a replacement ball, but I personally like the average one, and I felt that the soup and noodles were well entwined. The cold is lemon water, and the lemon is quite strong. There are only 3 counter seats, and if it is full, even one person will be guided to the table seat. There seems to be no parking lot dedicated to the store. The coin parking next door is 100 yen for 30 minutes, so I parked at Mitsui's Repark Morioka Sakanacho No. 3 Parking Lot (100 yen for 60 minutes after 19:00).

The soup is rich creamy and often entwined with the noodles. I felt strongly because of my feelings. I was surprised that the char siu was quite thick, and I personally thought it would be okay if it was a little thinner. Mentaiko rice, spicy was effective. Infection control measures are partitions and door ventilation. I think it's a little cold, but I ate it. The offal was very delicious.

If you can read and order in Japanese, then this is a must-try for foreigners. I'm rating this a 5-star placing this abive the tonkotsu ramen restaurants we have in Southern California, and some of the mom-and-pop places in Japan.
