★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場の方から情報を得て、お邪魔しました。ランチタイムは「ホルモン丼」「カルビ丼」「ミックス丼」から、選べるようです。なんとなく、ミックスっていいな！両方食べられるし〜みたいな軽いのりで
ミックス丼をチョイスしました。
提供時間は他のお客様も、いらっしゃらないこともあり、早かったです。数字にすると5〜6分....湯気ほわほわで美味しそうな、キムチもついているのね。
食べ始めるとかなり、甘みが強いです。
ニンニクも効いていてグーです。
肝心のホルモンは、かたっ・・・
作られた方に申し訳ないので、頑張って食べようと思いましたが、残してしまいました。カルビもやや、硬めです。
接客も、食べ終わった瞬間に下げモードに入り少しビックリしました。ゆっくりしたかったのに、、、
