I love the basic chicken plain hot water soba, but I'm attracted to it for a limited time and have an affair. Stir-fried vegetables are a perfect match for the rich chicken plain hot water-based miso soup. This is 120 yen for rice. It was a feast (complete juice)

t	tadashi sasaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/01/23 数年ぶりの帰省に合わせて来訪。もう何年も営業しているのでバスセンター周辺にお住まい、お勤めの方にはお馴染みの人も多いかもしれないラーメン屋さん。毎日店長が手ずから仕込む鶏白湯スープは鶏の旨味がこれでもかと溶け出している。麺は全粒粉の中太で香りよく、歯ごたえと食べやすさのバランスがいい。自家製チャーシューはバラ肉。表面が炙ってあり、香ばしい。イチオシはもちろん普通の「鶏白湯ラーメン」だが、今日はガッツリ行きたい！という人には「濃厚味噌白湯ラーメン」が、逆にあっさり済ませたい人には「あっさり出汁しょうゆラーメン」が用意してある。(写真は濃厚味噌) 席数は多くない為、混み合うこともあるが、回転率は悪くない。ただし時間帯やその日の混み具合によってはスープがなくなり終了する事もあるので注意。特に5人以上の多人数で行くのは割とギャンブル。席が別々になる前提で行こう。 2022/01/23 Visited for the first time in a few years.
